I tested and was unable to reproduce the error. I rolled at 1% and rolled a 0 and it won. His screenshot deliberately hides the betid, so we can't check whats going on. It's most likely a fake screenshot as it's extremely easy to make it look like he lost on <1 with a 0.

It also doesn't show his most recent bet on the top bar so this does look like it is likely faked or altered in some way.

Without a bet id its hard for us to check it too.
