That might be true, but we would like to let people know, that Registrations from VPN and/or shitty/fake users, will not count that much. This means that we are able to check the referrals and identify if they are legit.

What I can say is that with HMA VPN and emulating the Italy they're not blocking it Cheesy

But you should try. Hard to tell without trying your specific case.
