One of the most important factor of a successful gambler is to know when to stop, most gamblers expecially the addictive type don't even know what is stop when it comes to gambling. So it's very important to;
* Stop when your losing is now getting to you.

* Stop when you are now feeling as is you can't do without gambling.

* Stop when you have a big winning, by channeling the money somewhere else so you won't lose it back to gambling.

* Stop when you are not even winning at all, it's not your thing.

* When your losing is weighing you down, stop and restrategize .

It's easy to advice to stop but when you start gambling it's one of the most difficult thing to do. Aside from profit we can't deny the fact that the thrill and fun that gambling brings makes it addictive. Once you start gambling you lose common sense and sometimes go above what you can spend in gambling. It's best to keep in mind to gamble with moderation and just enjoy gambling as much as possible and know your limits when gambling.
Yes, to tell someone to stop is very easy to say but the mind to implement it becomes a problem. There is this spirit in gambling that once you start plaving, it will be very hard for you to just stop like that. Gambling is a game of luck that we usually have that mindset and mentality that once we keep on playing and adopting different strategies there is always chances for us to be favored with a win and that is why to stop is very hard. I have seen so many people advising gamblers to stop when they are not winning at all, this is actually a good advice but it is quite difficult to obey because every gambler needs winning and will possibly try different betting strategies just to recover his lost funds and by so doing he will keep on losing more and more. I can only advice gamblers to adopt some regulative measures to control their emotions so that they will not keep on losing from time to time and thats the only way they will learn when to stop.

I mostly stop based on the situation. If I have met my target I stop. If I have suffered enough losses I stop.
If I am gambling and suddenly I get into some other work then I stop. If somehow I lose interest in that session I stop.
So basically, there's not one reason for me to stop gambling but it really depends on the situation.

Yeah the reasons come periodically and such purposes should be a current factor that should force a player to stop gambling. Not being able to obey factors like tasks coming up while gambling show a lack of control or self examination. Gambling, when done right, helps players to take control of their financial and emotional lives. Which when utilized in other life situations would yield great results for a gambler. It's nice you have many reasons to stop gambling.

Some people don't actually possess one or neglect erupting activities because of how glued to gambling they become in a session. It's tiring to continue trying without getting good wins. I do sometimes realize how weak and exhausted I've gotten, but stopping the game is not always simple. When referred to other players I noticed how strongly impulsive it is to continue gambling regardless of how much has been lost. Provided money is left in the bankroll some players wouldn't stop a gambling session. They feel the game doesn't consume their energy due to how simple it is to gamble. But the mental strength spent in gambling is too many and enough to derail the energy or a gambler.

That is so true and it happens with the most of us. If we are planning to gamble with a big bankroll then we end up using most of it if not all.
Most of the times we lose money because we become so involved in chasing losses that we end up using all the money we have just so that we can get back the money we lost.
We ignore the fact that the capital we are using to recover the losses is slowly decreasing and at one point it just gets over.
This is why most times gamblers are usually adviced to try and have a gambling budget that will help them get to be able to control their bankroll and how much they spend on gambling at a time because most gamblers have this as their biggest challenge and they really find it difficult to fix especially those who think they are just a bey away from their next huge win so they literally continue gambling with the hope that they will win untill their bankroll is totally exhausted then they eventually get to stop probably because of their low bankroll at the moment.

Gambling ordinarily shouldn't be  done that way if you bare gambling both for fun or even make money because I very sure you wouldn't want to spend your money on entertainment or just fun alone neither would you want to invest all of your money on a business as capital.

Well, the limits of each of us are always limited, personally I have always said something, when we start playing, our financial capacity always has a lot to do with differentiating ourselves from that of others, in that sense it will always be It is seen that Every time we go in to make a bet we must think about how much we are willing to lose, but otherwise we must not go overboard, because if we have about 400usd in our wallet and if by chance we want to play, then it is good to play with little money, not have the entire wallet to spend, because running out of money is not an option, so for me that depends on the maturity of the person in how they manage their money.

That's true, and that's one thing that differentiate a strategic gambler from an ordinary gambler on the street, because the truth of the fact is that while gambling, it's certain that you may encounter both profit and lose, but how to react when you are faced with either situation is what most gambling don't know. Because just like every other skill, a user can only be successful in gambling if only he/she has understand the basic rules of gambling effectively, such as knowing when to take profit and stop, or when to double a wager to recover loses. Hence, gambling is a skill that must be learnt, and not assumed.

And that's helps you to make sure that you are still in control,  if you can stop by those reasons that you mentioned then it's a good sign that you are not going to fall into addiction,  not all gambler can stop immediately especially those who are already attached  they will keep pushing even there are things that they needed to consider in order to stop their participation,  those mostly ended up getting addicted and ruin or wrecking their finances.

Yes, I know that feeling because at time I have myself felt that I have been over gambling.
The temptation to hit another bet and then another keeps going on but to be honest, I am afraid of high losses.
As soon as I see I have lost more than my budget, I either empty my wallet or stop gambling for few days/weeks or I stop that session and come back the next day.
Gambling requires a strong budget and a strong mindset. If you don't put any limitation in your gambling then you will gradually start using all your winnings. Because if you are addicted to gambling then gambling will control you. And at that time you will become like a madman. So at that time you will fail to make a potential decision. So having a good idea of when you should stop gambling is definitely very important

Exactly, if you don't have any limitation then for sure you'll lose a lot and even you almost got some winnings chances that it will be return to the house,  as you will continue to bet without any wise decision making, I see your point with how you think or treat gambling very important to have that trigger point on when to stop and make sure that you'll follow that instinct not to over exceed from your limitation to prevent getting addicted.

Indeed, it's going to depend from how wise and how matured the gambler was, putting everything might risk you to over exceed from your set limits, better to just deposit the amount that you are willing to let go as it will be easier to quit when you already empty handed, it won't push you to keep playing if there's nothing left from the set budget that you have inside your bankroll.

Unlike with depositing it all and even you set your target chances that you'll push for more till the last drop of your initial deposits been gone.

It's more on controlling yourself and not to let your emotion to push you, know when to stop will always benefited you.

Know when to stops needs to have limitation and self control because when you don't have those things, you will difficult to stops as gambling will tempts you to keeps playing. You will forget with your limitation and controlling yourself so that will makes you lose.
Knowing when to stops is the way to prevents more losses in gambling while many people doesn't have a good control and makes them lose more money. The worst thing that they can gets from keeps playing gambling is losing their money and becomes addicted to gambling.
That is why we must be able to take care of ourselves when playing gambling so we will know when we must stops playing gambling. Otherwise, we will gets deeper in gambling and don't know when we stops and the chance to becomes addicted is wide openly.

It would really be that impossible that you wont really be able to notice on which on the moment or time that you had made yourself that making that over gambling or excessive spending into it
on which it is really just that right that you should really be stopping before everything would really comes worst and this is something that you must avoid on doing because once you do find
yourself that having lost control then it would really be bringing out that disaster into your finances or entire life if you wont really be that sensible towards your actions or making outright
decisions on which you do know that this is something that would bring out that avoiding into those potential problems on which it is really that a must thing to be done.

But I don't think that a gambler will want to quit for entirety because no matter what reason we have, we'd still be back and try to chase losses and to win some as well.

That's the fact. There are some gamblers, who no matter how hard they try, get back to chasing losses even after they have already lost more than their budget.
Expecting such gamblers to quit after some time is hard. Quitting gambling at the right time needs strong will and discipline.
A person who follows his rules is the one who can control emotions and make the right decisions whether it be related to gambling or any other thing for that fact.
Gambling should have a stopping time, but quitting is not simple. Every gambler stops at a given time, some would choose to end the game when they are tired or have something else to do. While others wouldn't mind stopping when their bankroll is exhausted. Personally, I prefer to stop when they is need to handle other tasks. Maybe exercise my brain or build a better strategy. Gamblers who are not comfortable with stopping when needful, may get into problem.

It's also an insidious behavior which later on puts the player into a more severe problem. I think gamblers should be cautious of the type of choices they make regarding a stoppage time. Because the behavior develops gradually and then occurs consistently. Just like in chasing losses, the player doesn't get compulsive immediately he starts going after his losses. Sooner the problem begins to escalate in the player's brain causing him more troubles on the long run. Hence, gamblers are advised to stop at the right time, not when they've exhausted their bankroll.

Gambling is like a periodic table when you choose to stop to gamble is best time for you so I've not seen the reason why we should have a specific day or time to stop gambling that's something that will make you to stop participating in gambling so I don't know why some persons will you say that we have a particular time that will make you to stop a gambling

Yes that is correct, but in my view, the stop may not be informed of having time table but one should be able to know when his exceeding the limit to which he need gamble through check and balance the losses, gain to know because when much loss occured and keep occuring why playing a game you need pulse or strategize possibly end the game for another day, there is one thing that happens in gambling, you may not be in good mood but can still play good game that will grant you will I don't see it as mood situation but game of luck but knowing that the casino is of more advantage when losses is reoccurring you need stop and seek more ideas or knowledge mostly when your exceeding the budget you can hold for gambling.

If we are talking about gambling, expenses must exceed income most of the time, and things will still be very normal, but then, there is actually a level that a gamblers loses can get to, it becomes a red flag, which is why it's important for gambler to always recognize the size of their pocket as well as their bankroll, and always set a stop loss for themself, just incase of bad days when luck seem to be saying no to them.

One thing about gambling is that, winning can never be forced, and so is losing, so, for the person who is experiencing a rather long and abnormal losing streak, it's better to stop than continue playing and end up feeling to bad due to the outcome of the game, winning in gambling was never meant to be a do or die affair.
I do agree with the rest of your text but i bolded a part i don't get at all, because it seems to contradict rest of the message.
If our gambling expenses would exceed our income, we would be playing more then we make money, and i can't agree that being normal in any way. Unless you have a fortune already, you are wagering more than you can afford.

I can't think of any other situation where i could spend more than my salary, than playing with loan money.

Right, and I think it's an unreasonable decision to continue to play or play more when you know that your gambling expenditure exceeds your income from monthly salary, meaning that it must be a scenario where they are gambling with other funds, or most likely funds that they have borrowed, and it is also clear that this is a very wrong mindset and approach to gambling, there is no limit at all in terms of the budget allocated and instead it expands the waste by borrowing money from other parties just to use gambling.

This can only be done if you are someone who has more money to gamble than you can afford to lose, but if the scenario is that the budget expenditure on gambling exceeds the monthly income then obviously when someone continues gambling then they are using other funds which are predicted to be borrowed funds.

That's given and we understand each other with this stand. Even if we try hard to get out of gambling, the time is going to come that will urge us to gamble again and be back at it again. No matter what is the reason for your comeback, it starts from our roots that the crave to gamble won't be gone. While I believe that there are gamblers that have a strong will to quit

I agree, there are gamblers that are firm with their decisions and they can do what they want to do. It just comes gradually for the most that are strong willed gamblers and wanting to quit. But not everyone can go through easily with it because for those that don't still know when to stop, they need to find themselves and what they like to do because if they won't do that, they'll continue to fall to their own addiction and fault.
