Export your private keys from the "new" wallet. close it, then go to %AppData% and rename kashmircoin directory to kashmircoin.bak

then install the old wallet, import your private keys. Any coins you had prior to the "new" wallet should still be on the old chain before the POS fork.

Lets see if we can get some connections online and get this chain moving.

I find one connection. In the kashmircoin.conf file, put: addnode=70.40.55.192

Fixing KSC would be best option, but it's not going to happen guys. Problems just go on forever. Best chance is to rollback, get the chain moving, and start building again.    

Even if the dev comes back, tell him to fuck off. He's incompetent. It's your money he's screwing with. You are about to lose everything you put into Ksc, all of your time, exchanges, and coins.  Rolling back puts the community in charge and may salvage some of your coins. imo.

If the dev or some dev doesn't step up soon,  we can go back to the old KSC chain and dump this pos nightmare shit.

I have the block chain and old software. At least you can recover your coins prior to the fork.

Option of last resort, but I would like to try and salvage some value from this. An interested community gives this coin a shot.

I am curious what the hell that last few attempts were from the original dev and the new ones in getting attention on this coin and thread.  They way ridiculous price comparisons were being made, then action that followed from them all with all these latest and feeble seemingly attempts at getting things working.......this makes me wonder if this was all just an attempt to get a temp price increase so someone could dump their stash.  At least am somewhat relieved knowing that failed if that was what was going on here!

I just don't get ANY other reasoning or excuses for them continuing to screw this project and community..........you guys DID/ARE screwing us and this coin over, that is certainly one thing we can say for sure here!!

Yep think we're all saying the same thing!  Don't think it would help man, have no idea what they kept having to do to get it working again before but I suspect it's dead in the water until something gets fixed.

Crocko, I agree with you EXCEPT the part about an exchange, people have been screaming for another exchange for KSC for months now.  This is a HORRIBLE idea to thing to try and do right now.  This coin is DEAD in the water right now, constantly being abandoned by the dev team, seems when it breaks.....leaving it inoperable for weeks at a time!  It would hurt the coin to get on another exchange with all these problems, I don't understand wtf people keep saying "exchange".........ONLY reason for this is the hope to dump.  You did see people are reporting losing their coins altogether on the one exchange as they delisted and has no working wallet to withdraw his coins.

Getting real sick of all the supposed devs around here showing so much disrespect towards their community members time!  If you guys are gonna develop this coin......DEVELOP it quit fucking disappearing, I am surprised any of us are still supporting this shit with the constant abandonment form the devs!!  It's infuriating all the promises they so willingly throw out and fail on over and over and over.  I know for me, I am getting fed up with it and find myself wanting to reach through my screen and slap the crap out of someone for continuing to waste our time!

Yeah my wallet seems to be refusing to connect the past several days.

I don't know about you guys but I see this coin as being anything but stable!  MY wallet although working, stops working constantly and I have to restart or resync every other day it seems.

I am one that thinks it a horrible idea to get it on an exchange until it is stable and things are moving with development.
