This is certainly a good let alone actually to avoid fraud and account double running rampant. with the system of Division of the bounty may be KYC even more secure.

It's kind of annoy when people do bounty have to do KYC. To me, it would be more fare if they announced that in the bounty program at first time.
But however, we have to do KYC to get our bounty Cry
Yes, it is very annoying if we as bounty hunter have to do KYC, but we have no choice and still have to do KYC to get reward from bounty that we follow because announcement about KYC always announced after project finished and should we just waiting for the reward. I ever lost the reward I was supposed to get because of the KYC process, and it's very, very annoying.

KYC is just fine for me since it is only required for those consumers who are investing coins of the current ico you are promoting. Participants are not required on kyc because they are just promoting the ico's but it was still a huge advantage for icos with kyc because it only means that they are legitimate and more consumers will invest to them.

Yes it happened already i'm not a fan of it because they will know your identity at the first place it may cause trouble soon. We're in Cryptocurrency we should have decentralize so that they can't track us easily, this is a big problem in the future they will control us.

Bounty programs are asking bounty hunters to do KYC before they are paid for work done . What do you think of this development.
I don't like that.
The worst case is that I was told to do KYC after the bounty campaign is over.
I would definitely not participate the bounty campaign if I had known it earlier.
Did that actually happened? Because it would sucks a lot, for me the KYC is not a big problem but we have the right to know in advance if wa have to do it or not, and then we can decide to proceed or forget about that bounty.

I believe that only real solution for KYC is to use KYC companies as intermediates which handles the KYC process and are interested in keeping your data safe because they want their reputation to be as good as possible.
The ICO team how little interest in keeping the data safe.

Besides interest, no one really knows whether the ICOs even have the manpower or the technical infrastructure or capabilities to keep your data safe. Partnering with such companies would also mean that the ICO values its customers' privacy as well, which would be a pretty good indicator in terms of how much an ICO is to be trusted.

KYC should be a must for bounty hunters, It might get lower the bounty scammers.
But there're lots of people using fake ID's to  scam people.

Yes, but it is a bad thing if you do not want to expose yourself, what if the ICO ends up being a huge scam? You have revealed your identity to a company that has scammed everybody, what if they use your ID's to do something ilegal? You sent them a selfie, photos, and bills.

I think this is completely unnecessary, if a bounty thread at first mention KYC information to be submitted, so I think I will not attend this bounty threads, if at the end of the ICO, so just for submission KYC information, then this is fraud and is very similar.

Same here, I try to avoid anything that is too cumbersome or to much time invest from my side without a legit reason.

This is actually a great idea to reduce the level of cheating that happens but KYC is a little inconvenient because we do not know what about the identity we give, the fear of being abused.

I personally do not like the procedure of KYC because I do not really want to send my documents, and even to other countries. Identity theft is a common phenomenon, because the organizers of ICO do not send the same documents to their investors. But they have the right to such claims, unless this happens at the very end of the bounty campaign, then it borders on fraud. Many bounty hunters would not participate if KYC were announced before the campaign began.

If you really want to stop crime it should be the people conducting the ICO that go through a KYC process.
What kind of crime?

If the ICO is legit well this is a good move from them, they will easily find bounty hunters cheating or joining multiple accounts in one campaign, this will open a new opportunity with the new bounty hunters around the forum and will prevent cheaters from abusing campaigns to get more stakes.

some ICO projects want KYC validation later
they have to say that from the beginning.
I don't see any harm in doing kyc

For me, i don't really buy that idea. since bounty hunters only get very little of the total ICO poll, i see no need stressing them with KYC.
meanwhile, some at the completion of each bounty, only see back and wait for their token in their ETH wallet without knowing that KYC is required.

KYC only makes the system rigid for bounty hunters

I do not understand how you can publish personal data for a small amount of money, if you are tired of living peacefully, then probably it is really worth it, but if in the end you still get only a bunch of problems from your deed, then you only have to blame yourself.

What it's really disturbing is not only the KYC, but the fact that they usually ask for this at the END of the campaign!
More over, they pretend to identify us, but they remain unknown.
This is deeply incorrect.
Mostly those campaign who ask KYC at the end of campaign are afraid that if they mentioned this as requirement in the first place no one will be attracted to the bounty campaign.
This kind of behaviour reflects the dishonesty of the bounty campaign holders and actually not a good thing. One more important thing as mentioned by people above, kinda dangerous to give away your important data to someone you don't know. what if it's being sold at the dark net or to a spammer? it's kinda harmful behaviour.
