I once said as in the previous post, that the matches that Girona and Real Madrid will play will be crucial matches last week. and yeah, the final result of the match between these two teams ended in a draw. Previously, Real Sociedad was unable to take advantage of the momentum to overthrow Real Sociedad at the Estadi Montivili, Girona's headquarters. Real Sociedad was able to hold the match to a draw like in the first meeting. In the end, Ginona only got one point in the match.

Likewise with the Madrid derby match, the battle between the two teams was quite fierce. although Madrid had more chances with 17 total shots, 4 on target and 2 big chances. however, Madrid was only able to convert one opportunity into a goal in the 20th minute. on the other hand, Diego Simeone's team should have been able to equalize in the 49th minute. unfortunately, the goal was canceled because one of the Atletico Madrid players was caught in the offside trap. Luckily for Atletico, in the 90+3 minute, Diego Simeone's team was able to equalize through Marcus LIorente's header from Memphis Depay's assist. in the end, this match ended in a draw. as I said, Madrid should not underestimate ATMs, even though they are playing at the Santiago Bernabeu. In the end, Real Madrid was the same as Girona who only got one point.
Talking about title competition, it would be fun if we just followed every match presented by La Liga. after all, competition is still quite tight and this competition still has a lot of matches left.

Real Madrid's miss gave Girona another chance as they looked to overtake Real Madrid again in the next match.  But although this is a big opportunity for Girona, it is doubtful whether Girona will be able to take advantage of the opportunity because the next match Girona will play against Real Madrid. Well , do we even trust Sevilla here or at all lately ? I think not. That's why , personally , I can't bet a single cent on Sevilla and I also think a rebuild in LaLiga 2 would benefit them in the long run because the club has massive debts and this might be the only salvation for them.

You're right with that draw , as this game can't be spectacular and I also cannot expect a lot of goals but I can see Rayo scoring. 

Rayo Vallecano vs Sevilla

Sevilla and Rayo Vallecano will meet in today's only match in La Liga. This is Rayo Vallecano's home match. The performance of both these teams is quite poor this season. So it is difficult to make predictions about this match.

Sevilla team won only 3 matches this season and vallecano won 5 matches. Real Madrid were very lucky in yesterday's match that the first score scored by Atletico Madrid was disallowed for offside and if that score had not been disallowed, Real Madrid might have lost yesterday's match.

I think many players injury make Carlo Ancelotti on difficult position exactly have losses three central defender, its hard for upcoming match Real Madrid will face Girona and if losses three points will make drop to 2nd place position. Need improving performance and keep focus until the end match if Madrid won't losses points on upcoming match.

Real Madrid yesterday faced one of the strongest teams in the Spanish La Liga sobi wasn't expecting them to easily beat a team that's defeated the on two different occasions this season. Firstly, Real Madrid suffered a defeat to Atletico this season in their first encounter of the season in my the Spanish La Liga before they were eliminated from the Copa Dey Rey from the same Diego Simeone's team.

I expected real Madrid to win the game yesterday and they also lived up to my expectations by being the best team on the pitch in that very game but unfortunately for them, they weren't able to defeat their visitors who scored a stoppage time goal to force Real Madrid to a draw in that game.

Again Vinicius Jr who's currently trying to heal from a minor knock didn't feature in that game as Carlo Ancelotti decided not to take any risk by bringing in the Brazilian in to that game. Real Madrid are still at the top of the Spanish league table and I think they'll definitely end the season with the league title

Madrid derbies are not easy lately, it's a do or die affair for both sides, I could recall how the was so aggressive against Real Madrid during the first half of the season and went ahead to win the game. Good to see them sharing points at least a good chance for Girona to catch up next week. But will that even happen? Lol

They'll be without the coach who was red carded yesterday night and both the Captain, Herrera and Dutchman and defender Daley Blind. I think that shouldn't have been thought I don't know what was said but it don't seem aggressive. That match official indeed had temper issues.

Actually, Real played a very dominant game. After the turnovers, they immediately pressed and won the ball back. Atletico tried to take advantage of Real's lack of centre backs by trying to score a header throughout the match and at the end of the match, when there was no centre back to score a header, Atletico scored. I didn't understand why Brahimin, who played brilliantly throughout the match, came off before Rodrygo and Ceballos came on. Real lost 2 points in a very good game because of wrong last passes, selfishness and wrong substitutions. If they beat Girona next week, it's still over.

A very painful result for Real Madrid because they had to draw after Atletico Madrid managed to equalize in extra time. However, I can understand this result, because these two clubs are strong clubs, and in the last two meetings, they also beat each other, so this result is not that surprising to me.
But I agree with you about the transition of substitutions, why doesn't Ancelotti try to add to their goals rather than trying to keep the score. They got a draw with a very late goal from Marcos Alonso but Real Madrid actually got bad news before the match kicks off. Vinicius Jr. suddenly got an injury in warm-up time before the match and Brahim Diaz is a replacement for him. It's hard to say that Brahim played bad because he scored an opening goal for Real Madrid but I believe with Vinicius Jr., Real Madrid will have a more powerful attacking system.

Girona actually don't need to win La Liga to have a beautiful season but they will try best to lift the trophy at the end. They know not many people have belief in them but they don't care about it and simply play their best football in rest of the season. Let us be honest, Real Madrid played much well and deserves to score more than once with the amount of chances they missed compared to Atletico Madrid even themselves said in X platform that they stole a point from Real Madrid and they didn’t said gained or deserved. I’m also a fan of Barcelona but the truth cannot be denied that the only time Atletico Madrid played this match well was the last few minutes before the end of 90 minutes of the match and Real Madrid dominated with a beautiful gameplay.

Next week we will witness a great match between Girona who’s playing a great football this season and creating history for their team as the first time for the records they are doing. I wouldn’t say it’s impossible for them to steal LaLiga trophy this season from Barcelona and Real Madrid, but won’t be that easy for them to maintain 15 more matches and win at least 12 of them only if they won against the white house. Still they will play in UCL next season as I mentioned before and nobody believed in this team.

Atlético were able to take points from Real Madrid in the final extra minutes of the match, and it was a well-deserved draw. And for Girona this is, to some extent, a chance to continue the confrontation, because Real remains 2 points away. But to be honest, no matter how much I want Girona to become champions, it’s hard to believe, and the fact that Girona are still staying so close to Real is something incredible. I thought this round would be decisive and Real would be able to increase their lead.

Girona has really been at the top of their performance this season, they have really been in good form and thy have really a good and impressive performance which could unfailingly get them to win the league title if their top rivals at any point begin to slack but then the current status of Real Madrid doesn't look in anyway like they are slacking .

Real Madrid is definitely the favourite for this game even if it turns out that the odds turn against them and girona eventually wins, I still see them as favourite and I'm very optimistic about their performance seeing how well they have performed so far recently, they have been their very best and a careful look into Madrid performance this season in the la Liga they have lost only once since this season and I don't think they will be wanting to add a loss from this game to the record. If Real Madrid win against girona in their next meeting, the certainty of winning the trophy becomes very high than it has ever been this season.

Instead of taking advantage of Girona's previous draw by winning, Real Madrid instead played a draw against Atletico and even though they only got one point, Real Madrid still topped the standings with a difference of 2 points from Girona. It should have been a 4 point difference if they had won against Atletico but Marcos Llorrente's goal denied them the victory that was in sight. Real Madrid repeatedly had opportunities but their finishing was far from expected.

Apart from that, Ancelotti's selection of players in the second half was also poor and instead of adding attacking type players, Ancelotti seemed to just want to play it safe with that slight advantage. Ancelotti should have included Vinicius instead of Dani Ceballos. The result was that with minimal defenders, Real Madrid conceded in the final minute because Atletico always attacked attacks through aerial passes and took advantage of the height of their players. Real Madrid had to accept this draw because with the limited options in defense they at least did not lose to Atletico.

The draw achieved by the two teams in this week's match makes the competition continue to be interesting in the upcoming matches. Both Girona and Real Madrid will try to get 3 points when the two meet in the next match.  Yes, we will continue to watch these two teams compete strongly in the upcoming match because in their first meeting in the first half of this season, Real madrid was able to beat Girona with a score of 3-0. So the next match will be easier to predict because this match will take place at the Bernabeu which means Real Madrid will be able to beat Girona.

Yesterday, Real Madrid failed to utilize the opportunity  of extending their lead at the top of the table while was provided for them by Girona who failed to win their home game on Saturday against Real Sociedad by playing out a scored draw against their city rivals Atletico Madrid.

It was a game I had already predicted a win for the home side because I was thinking they'll want to revenge their elimination from the Copa Dey Rey competition by the same opponents but Atletico Madrid surprising took a point from that particular encounter.

Real Madrid will meet Girona in the match next week. I think Madrid is still the favorite to win and I have also bet that Madrid will win the La Liga title this season. I think the match against Girona will be like the Inter vs Juventus match and the match will be won by the leaders. I predict that the match will be won by Madrid and will increase Girona's points. The next few matches will not provide much change because in my opinion, the match to determine first place and La Liga champions will be determined by next week's matches.

In this match, Real Madrid should be able to win the match against Atletico Madrid, because Real Madrid is playing at home, in my opinion this is a big advantage for Real Madrid. I also saw that Real Madrid dominated this match so much that Real Madrid got the first goal against Atletico Madrid. This goal made Real Madrid more confident in creating continuous pressure on Atletico Madrid's back line, but always failed and could not take advantage of the opportunities that occurred. In the end, Atletico Madrid scored a goal back against Real Madrid so the match ended in a 1-1 draw.

Girona does not have a good history and highly skilled players like Real Madrid, but this season Girona appears very different from previous seasons. It can be seen that Girona is currently in 2nd place in the standings, this proves that Girona's performance is very good and very consistent in its matches this season.
