I also agree with you, actually the problem currently being experienced by Barcelona is that Xavi is unable to provide a good strategy for Barcelona, just look at how Leverkusen is currently turning into a great team even though Leverkusen's squad is very low but Alonso is a great coach If he is able to maximize the abilities of the players he trains, Xavi should imitate what Alonso is doing.
In my opinion, Barcelona currently has an extraordinary squad, the current Barcelona squad is one of the best in the world so buying new players would just be a waste of money. I read the news that Xavi still really wants Bernado Silva, Xavi believes that if Silva is in the Barcelona squad then Barcelona's performance will improve this season, I see this as impossible because Silva is still very comfortable in Man City.
I have said this before, and I'm going to mention it here again, that Xavi does not have that capacity to be able to deliver Barcelona, not because he doesn't want to do that. So, every time he's trying to use a strategy to manage the team, it seems like that strategy does not work for him.
He has great players who are very young and want to deliver, but what he doesn't have is enough of experienced players that are playing in the mix of those young players who already have the agility and have the passion to deliver, but they don't have the experience.
Take a good look at how Guardiola is currently managing Manchester City. It's a mix of old players or experienced players and young players. But we have the likes of Kevin de Bruyne is in the match to standardize the game and to put confidence in the players. Then the likes of Halaand who are always ready to score goals as the gold machine to put in goals into the net.
So when you look reflects to Barcelona. You may have only a very few old players in their midst, or you may only say Lewandowski alone. So Xavi needs to understand some of those things and get the best way he can manage the very strong squad that he has. Leverkusen has also been able to do well in their own regards.
Girona must continue to work hard and still have a solid team to always be able to win every match. Girona this season shows that teams that have just entered La Liga have the opportunity to be at the top of the standings. The difference in points between first and second place is very thin, and Girona must win the next match in order to maintain their position at the top of the standings.
I must attest to the fact that Girona is doing extremely well in this season and all kudos go to the President of the club and then to Michel, who has been a great manager managing these guys so far. But the truth of the matter is the president needs to be appreciated because he's a great guy who is doing great work in both the teams that he has under him.
In them, maybe we can also say that the president is giving the managers a listening ear in terms of the chemistry of players they need to play in the league and maybe that's why they've been achieving mastery in their games. Great work, Girona.
