No Jude Bellingham for Real Madrid, and the way their midfield is, it is very obvious the effect of his absence, but it is not without adequate replacement. Kroos and Camavinga are still very reliable in midfield. There was a close call for the official in the game to award a penalty to Las Palmas, but it was not even looked at too much. Second half coming, and Real Madrid know the importance of every game now with Girona just behind them and not slowing down. They will be able to find a goal in this game to win it, or pick a point from a draw. Las Palmas will not get a win.

It is a goalless first half in Estadio De Gran Canaria, as Real Madrid was unable to break the deadlock. The host tried their best hold down the pressure that Real Madrid was mounting on them. Real Madrid took control of the match and they won possession, but they had no good chance to net the post. I know that Real Madrid has mostly won their matches this season in the second half, and that is when I will expect to see them scoring goals to win the match and gain all three point. I don't think that it will possible for the host to draw or win this game. This is because it was in the dying minutes of the first half that they were able to hold the ball for long.

Sevilla this season have not lived up to expectation. They're more less far behind their usual range in seasons before. Then, they've even been opportune to stay in the UEL and even lift the trophy but currently, they're at a point where relegation is possible for them which is very bad.

Just using them as a case study as there are other teams like them in other leagues. Their performance just at the beginning of the second half of the season wasn't encouraging. The subsequent weeks are unpredictable and there'll be positive or negative impacts on the squad and performances of the team. Maybe the change would effect a positive impact or maybe not but we hope to see what these teams unfold in their second half of the season after the January transfer window. The league races would definitely take a different turn for most teams.

Girona brought a new color to the competition in the top flight of La Liga, yes they managed to make a very big surprise by being able to compete with top clubs like Real Madrid, even for now they are better than Barcelona and Atletico Madrid who are subscribed to the top 3 positions.
Their journey is not over yet, they still have to withstand every pressure that comes to them. Because if a club is at the top there must be many clubs who want to break them, especially if it is Girona who as a whole is actually not a club that is taken into account at the beginning of the season. They have succeeded so far, at least they can survive until the first round is over. I don't see any reasonable reason to give Las Palmas a higher chance of stealing points from Real Madrid, meaning Real Madrid is the favorite to win this match. Real Madrid must maintain its team's performance stable and consistent with results, otherwise Girona will be too comfortable leading the standings with all its advantages.
