I totally agree with you,from the start I was thinking that girona is going to win the trophy this season,not until they draw there previous match in la liga, it was a huge opportunity to eliminate there opponent that very day, so as to gape real madrid with some points but the outcome  was kind of surprising.

I agree with you Atletico Madrid is clearly a favorite they have gone through this competition with a good record and they shouldn't waste it. We already have 4 teams in the semi -finals and 3 of them are the best clubs in La liga I mean the teams in top 6 only Mallorca was surprisingly successful in reaching the semi-finals, Mallorca played poorly in La liga but managed to beat Girona in the Copa del Rey, things we never thought of before. I haven't seen the next schedule between the 4 teams  is it not released yet?

People are confusing his quality as a player with what he is doing as a coach. He was lucky enough to get into this coaching position due to the past he has as a player with the club.
