there's nothing wrong with comparing a team with teams from other leagues, but for me this is unfair.
if you compare Real Madrid and Girona with the 2 big teams from the bundesliga it's not the same for me because Girona is not a popular team and Girona is just like a mediocre team that is lucky to get the right coach and can find a strategy to take advantage of the situation when the big teams are busy competing in other competitions such as several matches ago, Real Madrid and Barcelona were focused on competing in the Champions League, while Girona didn't have any other matches scheduled, so Real Madrid players were physically and stronger because they only competed in La Liga.

The past Copa Del Rey match between Madrid and Atletico was truly unexpected, I never thought that Madrid would be down by 1 goal in the first half even though Madrid continued to play pressing, but in fact they were actually under pressure and it was even worse in the second half, there were 3 other goals scored, Atletico is amazing

I actually still really want to see Almeria in La Liga because they are the only team that can currently still provide a difficult game for Girona and even Real Madrid. Apart from Almeria very poor collection, on the field they can always provide surprising games. So Almeria relegation could teach them a lot that defending is very difficult in La Liga.

In the midst of Barcelona situation, it is a little difficult to improve their performance this season but they are still a great team with the loyalty of their players despite their financial limitations. Despite not being consistent, Barcelona have managed to still be in the third position of the league table and that's a very welcome development for the club. Hopefully, they're gonna finish the season in the top four but I don't think they can win the league title

For this season's Copa Del Rey, I think Atletico Madrid and Athletic Bilbao are the two favorites who have the chance to qualify for the final. However, this will never happen if the two meet in the semifinals and of course this still depends on how the draw turns out.

Atletico Madrid are the favorites who have the chance to qualify for the final this season and they are also the team that has a big chance of winning the title. Bilbao does have a good chance, but in my opinion this team is not better than Atletico Madrid. Real Sociedad and Mallorca don't have many advantages, but we don't know for sure whether they can make the most of their opportunities.

Sevilla failed to pull off a miracle and Simeone's Atletico went further and most likely it is Atletico Madrid who are now the main favorites for the cup.

Sevilla this season is a real pity and if Barcelona have only problems so far, then Sevilla have a real tragedy in the form of relegation from La Liga and I think if Sevilla will be relegated from La Liga, they will lose part of their contracts, then the best players will leave and maybe the club will be in a severe crisis for a couple of years, so the cup was a good opportunity for Sevilla to show that the team can still win a trophy, but now it is not and they will have to fight in La Liga as hard as they can to avoid relegation. 

Almeria have not won a single win so far in twenty-one matches and this is something that is very surprising and could be said to be their performance being the worst among other relegated team. Almeria only won 6 points because of the draw and were already 5 points behind the team above them and 9 point behind the team 3rd from the bottom (Cadiz).
Favoring Almeria there is nothing wrong because playing at home, maybe it could be their hope to catch up because Almeria has managed to hold Girona the current leader of the standing, to a draw and that is quite astonishing, while Alavés performance with Girona is different, so I think Almeria can beat Alavés and maybe with a score of 1:0

The match didn't go well for Girona; they lost, which surprised me a little bit too, as I didn't think they would lose to Mallorca a weak team that can't compete with Girona. However, Girona was losing 3:0 in their first half about 35 minutes, which Mallorca has scored three goals. I don't even think Girona could have scored two goals in that match, but they indeed made an effort to score at least two goals. It wasn't an easy match from the start; maybe Girona starting to lose their strength. Some clubs find it difficult to maintain their strength throughout the season, and as a result, their play seems to be weakening.


It's true that Sevilla's performance last season was very poor, but they still managed to win the Europa League, which is not surprising since they have won it more than any other clubs. Although I won't judge Girona based on the result of their last Copa De Ray match, any club can be eliminated from the group stage, but i think they should have focus on Copa De Ray, so they can win a trophy this season, because it will be difficult to compete with Real Madrid for the La Liga title. Even though I am a Madrid supporter in assessing the development of other clubs, I remain objective there is no reason to underestimate Girona this season. Steadily leading the top of the  standings for several weeks is better than Atletico Madrid and Barcelona who are having a little difficulty catching up on points.

Atletico was the last team to advance to the semifinals of the Copa Del Rey and they won after beating Sevilla with a narrow score of 1-0. Memphis Depay became the hero of victory for Atletico after he came on in the 66th minute to replace Alvaro Morata and he immediately scored a goal after 13 minutes, precisely in the 79th minute, to put Atletico ahead of Sevilla. Even though there was enough time left for Sevilla to equalize, they couldn't do it and Atletico managed to maintain the lead until the final minute.

The results of the semifinal draw have not yet come out and Atletico have to wait to see who their next opponents will be, Real Sociedad, Mallorca or Bilbao.
