Sevilla defeat was hard for the team and their fans. I wouldn't say that I was surprised by this result since I am aware of the bad luck and performance of Sevilla this season and here we go again near the relegation zone and soon inside it if they didn't find a way to keep the points for them.
Alaves was able in this match to score first then to pick the victory after the draw..

This is very unfortunate for Sevilla and a bad day for them also. Alaves really did well to hold them to a draw through up to the final minutes of the game. But Sevilla could not also hold them a little beat to end the match in a draw when the pressure was coming from them. An intriguing five goals thriller sends Sevilla more down in the La Liga ranks. 16th position after 20 games with 16 point is not great to speak well of Sevilla. They don’t look like who will make it in the top 10 and that automatically means they won’t get to perform in any European competition by next season.

Wow, in the end, even though Sevilla gave resistance and attack to Alaves, especially in the second half, they finally had to admit Alaves' superiority.
