Barcelona should be able to win hands down in this match because if you look at the quality of the team, Barcelona is better than Osasuna, but considering that Barcelona in the last few matches has had difficulty scoring goals even against small teams, so in my opinion being able to score 2 goals and be able to keep a clean sheet is a development which is good for barcelona at the moment. The victory in this match was also inseparable from Xavi's tactical brilliance which was clearly visible throughout the match, every substitution and change in strategy produced results.
In terms of play, Barcelona was very good in this match, but the lack of goals, no finishing in front of goal, no ideas and no passing there meant they couldn't win decisively. However, in the final match (Elclasico) I don't think Barcelona will be able to beat Real Madrid in a match like this, in fact they will lose to Real Madrid, especially now that they are in high confidence after beating Atletico Madrid in extra time.
Osasuna managed to force Barcelona to a 0-0 draw in the first half, Osasuna was braver in playing with high pressing, Barcelona looked a bit under pressure, occasionally panicking in the face of fast counter attacks launched by Osasuna players. Barcelona dominated the match in the first half, but produced very few opportunities.
The second half went perfectly for Barcelona, Xavi began to find solutions on how to make opportunities to score goals more effective. Two goals scored by Barcelona from Lewandowski and Yamal meant that Osasuna had to admit their opponent's superiority. Barcelona's progress to the final resulted in an ideal final, previously Real Madrid had been waiting in the final after successfully beating Atletico Madrid.

All in all, quite an easy game for Barcelona and really the best final that could have been Real Madrid - Barcelona.
