I think Balde is a player with potential despite his young age. There may be teams in the Premier League that would want to buy him, but I think he should play in Barcelona for a while if he wants to improve himself. What I know so far is; Sevilla is unbeaten in its last 5 matches in La Liga after losing to Barcelona. Sevilla has drawn the last 5 matches, including against Real Madrid, but I think Real Sociedad's performance was very convincing to get the win.

Sevilla is still struggling in 13th position with 12 points. They have collected the same number of points as Villareal and Alaves, but Sevilla have 1 game in hand. Sevilla's performance is a bit difficult to predict, but they are quite able to avoid defeat. H2H shows that Sevilla and Sociedad have 2 wins, 2 draws and 2 losses in their last 6 meetings in 3 seasons. But last season, Real Sociedad was able to beat Sevilla twice both at home and away.

Sevilla is not in a good form this season because almost all there matches has been draws, so considering there pattern of play is obvious that they will not go far on this season, however there last season seem a bit better for them in times of performance.

Considering that Sociedad will be the host and also head to head between the two teams in their last five matches, Sociedad is superior to Sevilla, and currently they are in good form which in my opinion is better than Sevilla, especially in the UCL.
Sociedad currently leads the UCL Group D standings, and I am sure Sociedad will get full points from Sevilla.

Before ever any of both teams you . mentioned became the champions of the la Liga they once contested for it, they didn't just start up as champions and there's no ruling whatsoever that they will forever remain the champions regardless of how hard others try to be the champions.

Been too certain that other teams can never be champions except Real Madrid and Barcelona would be a wrong idea, if you check carefully asides these two teams, others too have also been a one time champion so it's still possible another team can still win again. Come to think of it, if the championship continually rotates amongst these two teams you mentioned, don't you think it will create monopoly of the league and people will get board and loose interest in the league, this includes investors. So it's very possible especially if these bigger teams continue with their experiencing downtimes definitely others will not fail to stay at the top of the table and probably win the league title.

Judging from their history and the record of strength they have in the composition of players, it is true that the elite team will win La Liga. But that doesn't mean a team like Girona doesn't have a chance of winning, although I do agree that they will likely decline and eventually be displaced by Real Madrid, Barcelona or even Atletico Madrid. But we'll see, because they still have a long way to go this season.
Most importantly, if they want to win the title and break the dominance of the elite teams, they must maintain their consistency very well.
