Even if you see a team like Girona playing well for a season long, do not expect them to beat or even dominate a team like Real Madrid because that is not possible. It's very rare that teams like Barcelona or Real Madrid gets dominated by another domestic league team.

I can see them getting dominated in the UCL if they face a bigger club, like how City dominated that one game against Madrid last year. But that doesn't mean that they will be able to do that for other teams as well. With the way Barcelona ended the last season,  I didn't thought that the club will be messing around in this season and couple with the bad news already coming from the club all day long with scandals and exodus of players movement and couple with huge debt for the club,  if it had been that Barcelis able to continue in the last season trend and holding on the title in this season again,  it could have been easier for the club to sort out all the current challenges but then things are beginning to take a new dimension that both the fans and even the player are confused and helpless in most cases.
