As a football manager, Carlo Ancelotti has chieved so much in his career that it will be absolutely fine if he decides to rest from coaching after the end of the season. He's one of the most successful managers in the game of football.
I would love Real Madrid to beat Manchester City today and also go on and beat Inter Milan in the UEFA Champions League final and hand Ancelotti the Champions League trophy as a farewell present. But how possible it'll be remains unknown till after tonight's match
I respect Carlo because he is a legend of the game but I will not be rooting for him and Madrid tonight. I want Man City to win this seasons champions league. It's going to be a tough battle to beat Ancelotti's team in this competition at this stage, but if anyone can do it, it is Pep.

And I do not think Ancelotti will be retiring entirely from coaching after this season. I think there is talk between him and the Brazil national team. I don't know how true it is but I would really like that to happen. He has already coached players like Vinicius, Rodrygo and Militoa in Madrid, it would be nice to continue doing so at their national team. Brazil has a lot of stars and if there's one thing Ancelotti is good at is managing stars.

Real 0-1 City, 22 minutes ongoing & I'm watching the match. Even I am not a very big supporter of Real Madrid. But the fact is Real Madrid is one of the best teams in the Champions League ever. It is going to be really hard for Manchester City to be Real Madrid and go to the finals of the Champions League. This is basically the actual final of this competition. I think we all are expecting the team which will this match to win the final as well. And of course, Real Madrid is the fan favorite in this match. After all, we still remember what Real Madrid did the last time these two played in the Champions League. Manchester City will certainly look to get revenge on Real Madrid.

Ancelotti has achieved so many things in his career and he also has achieved a lot of things with Real Madrid as well. I think he can certainly decide if he wants to retire when he is on top which is now I believe.

True, after all a team must have players ready to play in the event their main player is injured. I like it when you give an example when Real Madrid can't play without Benzema, indeed they can use a player like Rodrygo to replace him, but he's not really ready to take that position. I don't doubt his ability, but indeed experience will also speak here. They cannot always rely on players who are not optimal and cannot provide comfort for the front line, because after all the front line is the key to victory, because that is the position that is most relied on to score goals.
One of the reasons Real Madrid appeared inconsistent in La Liga was because of Karim Benzema's injury, he was absent on several matches with Madrid and his lack of quality reserve players made it difficult for Madrid when Karim Benzema was absent. Real Madrid hasn't compete on central forward except Karim Benzema and problem who will replace his position when getting injury, Carlo Ancelotti try move Rodrygo as center forward but not working yet because he usually plays on right side.

For upcoming season, Real Madrid should looking for compete replacing Karim Benzema position when he gets injury, they must find with real position as center forward and not move the winger play on this position because they are not effective and underperformance when playing with wrong position.

only 1 point difference from Girona who is in 7th place, of course it is very possible for Sevilla to catch up, especially now that Sevilla's performance is quite consistent even though they are also very focused on the Europa League Semifinals.

but apart from that, I see that Sevilla's chances of becoming champions in the Europa League are still quite wide open, so it is only natural that they decide to focus on the European competition and put their matches in La Liga a little aside.
I know that it is going to end up being something very difficult to achieve and we should not be really expecting them to do it that easily, it is going to be a tough situation to reach and if they can actually do it then we are going to end up seeing stuff that will change so much in the end.

Sevilla needs to get as high as possible, if they can win the europa then where they are positioned doesn't matter but if they fail that then they will fight for conference league which will not be easy to get, probably won't get it. This is a "good" season for them since they were at semi finals of europa at least, better than nothing, but they will have a terrible next season and they will look for the guily person when that happens.

I highly doubt that and you kind of contradict yourself. Vinicius Junior already won 9 titles with Real Madrid, including the Champions League and he is one of the most expensive and most important players Real Madrid has. Age doesn't matter if you are on his level already. Does Manchester City need another striker because Haaland is so young? That doesn't make sense.
What if the player you are talking about has to miss the entire season due to injury, does it make no sense to prepare everything before that happens and disrupt game strategy?

It makes sense to have one to two substitute players who can operate in the same position as an option when main player has injuries. Look at how hard it is for Real Madrid to win match without Benzema, then imagine if Vinicius had to be sidelined because of the same problem. So it's natural to have additional players even though they are quite young at the moment.

Sevilla are still keeping their hopes up about finishing the season in top seven. There are literally five teams fighting for the seventh position right now and the biggest point gap among them is only 2. The final weeks will be quite tight for these teams. It is the same for Sevilla as they are still a part of the Europa League on one hand. Besides there are three teams ahead of Sevilla now.

I expect to see Sevilla giving more importance to the Europa League title now of course. Winning the title will be their ticket to the Champions League. Therefore they might have big issues with winning the current fight in the La Liga at the same time due to concentration issues.

It is quite crucial if you look at some of Sevilla's matches this season because they are still active in two different competitions and maybe for now their focus will only be on the European league. Apart from that, actually as long as Sevilla is not relegated in La Liga, it is a pretty good result because they have managed to cover it with their achievements in the European league.

So I think even though the distance from Girona is only 1 point, I don't think Sevilla will be in a hurry to target shifting Girona's position. With four more matches left in La Liga I think Sevilla can still catch Girona in the standings, it's just that opponents that are quite difficult to face like Real Betis and Real Madrid will be their obstacle.

Real Madrid will face big problems if they do not add new players to their squad next season. Benzema and Luka Modric are two key players in Madrid's squad. They are very talented and experienced players. But they are old enough now. It would be foolish to expect these two players to perform consistently well in every match next season. And so Real Madrid will have to find a suitable replacement for these two players. If Madrid does not find a suitable replacement for these two players, they will not be able to win the La Liga title next season. Because Vini and Rodry are talented enough but not experienced enough.
In terms of trophies, Real Madrid is one of the most successful clubs in the world; the Los Blancos' performance is unparalleled when compared to other clubs. The only time I recall Madrid suffering a significant loss was when Cristiano Ronaldo and Zinedine Zidane left, and that season was their worst in both La Liga and other top competitions. Carlo Ancelotti's appointment brought the club back to winning ways, and falling is not an option for such a team. When it comes to players, Karim Benzema, Luka Modric, and possibly Toni Kroos will be worn out due to aging, but their performance on the field is great. We should also remember that younger players like Camavinga, Vinicius, and Rodrygo are learning from them, every steps taken is measured and calculated with their performance.

I think that Ancelotti will leave Real Madrid this summer no matter what they do in the remaining part of the season. Even if they win the Champions League title it looks like Ancelotti is eyeing a position for a national team job. And that team is likely to be Brazil according to the latest rumours. Brazil board also look eager to see him to manage the team so they should be reaching an agreement after the end of the season.

This wouldn't be a big deal for Real Madrid in my opinion. They are one of the strongest teams in Europe and they should be making their choice for a new manager in the right way. People even discuss the probability of Zidane to come back but I don't feel so.

Instead we might see him joining PSG forces maybe. They are also very likely to replace Galtier with a better manager.
I have the same feelings that Ancelotti will not remain much in his position and he will move whenever he finds a suitable place to go. PSG needs a new manager for sure and he might be a good pick since Zidane is no longer in the picture.
Chelsea too will be looking for a new manager and we might see other teams searching for vacant quality manager.

Real Madrid played a below average season, but not because they are a bad team. They only couldn't trigger their maximum performance level on a regular basis. I think with the same team as now they would still be able to compete for the La Liga title next season.

Integrating new players can't hurt of course, but they are after players who are barely available on the market. Oh and Vinicius Junior has played 137 games for Real Madrid by now. Doesn't really sound like someone who has no experience.

Other names were on the agenda for Chelsea. I think if Ancelotti doesn't want to go, he should stay at Real Madrid. Real Madrid won't find a football mind like him too many times. It is true that they had a difficult season this year, but it is clear what Ancelotti did last year. How right would it be to dismiss that coach from the team just because a season was bad?
Well if Ancelotti insisted on leaving the team then he will be authorised to. Real Madrid doesn't like to hold people who are no more implicated with the spirit of the team. Otherwise if Real Madrid can find a better option then they will let him go. Nevertheless, there isn't many names and even if Zidane is willing to return and Ancelotti wanted to stay, then Ancelotti will remain with the team.
If Madrid's failure doesn't win the Spanish league or UCL this season, of course it's difficult to keep Anceloti if he really wants to leave, after all, anceloti also brought Madrid last season to win the CL league and has given the best for Madrid, I'm not a Madrid supporter but it looks like Madrid really need anceloti to become a great club.

I don't think if Madrid is with a new coach who isn't Zidane or Anceloti, I think it will be difficult to make Madrid even more great because it takes time to match the wishes of the new coach and new players in Madrid who might be brought in next season.
I think there is no need to judge Ancelotti too much. I mean actually Ancelotti and Real Madrid have no problems and for me Ancelotti has managed to bring Madrid to the championship several times and on the other hand Ancelotti is also passionate about educating Madrid players to be stronger.
so even though Real Madrid will fail in the UCL, it doesn't mean that Madrid will fire Ancelotti.

Ancelotti already did many good things for real Madrid team and i don't think the administration let him go, I really think this coach is the right one for Madrid but this team need some good players in some positions for the next season
For next season, there may be new player names at Real Madrid, because on the one hand, Real Madrid also cannot keep old players for a longer period after this season ends. So the break might actually be used by Real Madrid to look for new, better players to strengthen several lines that Ancelotti might still consider weak. But that is another focus that still has time to think about, because for now what is more important for Real Madrid is thinking about the UCL second leg which will take place today.

With Real Madrid's current state of decline, it looks like it will be quite a bit of pressure for Ancelcotti, but I'm sure it won't make his enthusiasm fade, and he'll keep trying to keep fighting to improve Real Madrid's performance. As long as the Real Madrid players still appreciate Ancelotti's efforts, then Real Madrid still has a chance to recover.
Real Madrid condition under Ancelotti is not what you might imagine. Real Madrid didn't slump, they just failed to win the La Liga title, their position in the standings list is still very reasonable. Outside of La Liga, Real Madrid have won the CDR trophy and are still in the semifinals of the Champions League.

Ancelotti will do whatever it takes to bring his team to success before the season ends. The second leg, which will be played at the Etihad stadium, will determine the fate of Real Madrid whether they can reach the final or not. This season Real Madrid still maintains the same squad as when they achieved success last season, the age of some of Real Madrid players who are old requires management to immediately make changes in the squad to continue the competition next season.

Actually, with the current conditions, I think something like this is still possible, especially with the conditions in Madrid, which, as you said, don't really like to detain people who don't want to live there.
Some rumors previously said that Ancelotti would train the national team are still blowing until now.
But on the other hand, looking at Ancelotti's previous statement in February and he said he would never leave until his contract expires unless he was sacked, this still proves that he still has an attitude of loyalty to this day.

My hopes are actually still very big with Zidane at this time, especially since he also said he would return to coaching after a long break.

Ancelotti is such a great player. he has been giving so many trophies for real madrid. It will be so stupid to sack him once he is still able making real madrid to have champion DNA to win any competitions that available right now.
The only problem is if madrid has faced very busy schedules. that makes madrid try to make preparation against city even early than what you think.
I hard heard that a rumor about real madrid being linked again to the zidane but let's wait what achievement that will be given by ancelotti.

I guess that if real madrid is still wanna using his service for the next season.
Ancelotti is very grateful to be a part from real madrid.
