Well, to be honest, it will be a great battle. Real Madrid has a golden opportunity to overtake Barcelona and become the league standing leaders. They have a tiny gap behind the first place and if they manage to gets in sparked and get the victory against their synonym rivals, Rayo Vallecano, So indeed they will be the 1st place holder of league standings. 
 
But anyway, let's jump to the main spot. The match between Rayo Vallecano and real Madrid will be quite hard to predict because all the time these both are just tussling with each other for a victory. Rayo Vallecano is not a strong team, but they are often able to trouble the big teams that play against them.
