Real Madrid lost points again and missed the opportunity to become leader. Barcelona still leads by one point. Real Madrid were shocked to go 2-0 down but recovered quickly with goals from Valverde and Bellingham before the end of the first half. They started the second half fast and took the lead through Rodrygo. But it was Camacho who stopped the comeback. The game ended 3-3, Real Madrid couldn't find the fourth goal. Without Mbappe and with Vini coming on later, they didn't have an ideal attacking lineup and we saw the result. Rodrygo and Bellingham tried to take responsibility but it wasn't enough. When you concede 3 goals, your chances of getting 3 points go down a lot.
It seems they did find it difficult at the end of the day. The game is still on a 3:3 in goals and I don't see a chance of Real Madrid winning the game instead more pressure pressure is coming from their opponents. Madrid's performance was not like a big club in this match although I admit that they controlled the game but there were still a lot of miscommunication between players or even unnecessary mistakes were still made which made Madrid not like usual in this match.
On the other hand, Rayo performed well and the fact that they scored 3 goals already shows that Rayo are quite dominant in their counter attacks.

Indeed, Mbappé's absence will not be a big problem based on the opponent. But starting, we are not that sure that they will be able to have an easy win on Vallecano. I believe he has a good substitute to handle his position perfectly while away. López has found the back of the net in just 4 minutes of the game, I still think Real Madrid will get back to the game before the half time because they have a better squad in the game and they also have a team that will help to win the game in the second half. No dominance as such yet, but they managed to exchange goals at the beginning of the second half. I don't think they're going to give the game away now, it was some unforced error in the first half that resulted in two goals conceded. It's strange to see a game like that against an average opponent, I would have thought Mbappe's absence would have had some effect, but no, they are attacking normally, it's strange
I have no idea why people are seeing Real Madrid as bad, I get that they had a few games where they weren't great at the start of the season but they have been doing better lately, and while Mbappe will be out and that's definitely something they wouldn't want, Mbappe wasn't the only reason they are winning neither, they are doing fine and I believe they will get the win easily.
Vini and Jude are powerhouse on offense and Rodrygo will help them too, when you have players like that, defense doesn't even matter because if you concede goals, then they will end up scoring anyways, so it won't be that much of a big deal at all, we are going to see them do fine and shouldn't really be an issue all that much if you ask me.

If Real Madrid chooses a draw then it is a good decision but if they are able to turn things around with the final score later then it is a good thing, considering that Real Madrid's defense is really very vulnerable which gave Rayo Vallecano an early lead with a goal in the 4th minute of the first half, it is clear that Real Madrid's defense is very bad and this is not a problem of Vini or Mbappe but Real Madrid relying on Jude Bellingham alone can win the match as long as their defense can be solid.
I wouldn't consider it a good thing if they choose a draw because however the change of winning is actually very big for them but even so when 1 point is obtained it is certainly still better than nothing.It's just that with this then they actually missed being able to be at the top instantly because indeed they are currently in good momentum to overtake Barcelona from the top position.
The second half is still quite long and I'm pretty sure for now 3 points can still be obtained by Madrid even though they are currently hampered because Mbappe is not in the squad and Vini is still on the Bench but I'm pretty sure 3 points they will get in this match.

Already 2:2 draw into the 2nd half of the game. I never expected this number of goals to happen, just the first of the fixture already up with 4 goals in total which is a lot for both teams considering how tough we expected the game to be. Madrid are not willing to let go, from goals down to equaling within a little time gap shows they have much in stock in the second half. We can't call out the results but based on the play off from the first half, a win for Madrid or at worst a draw outcome.Barcelona really messed up their position on the table, they had everything all to their favor but failed to manage it. I don't expect Real Madrid to have too much issues playing against Vallecano, they have a very good squad, they can win as a result of their current form and at such they shouldn't find it difficult thrashing the home side, the likes of Vinicius Jnr, Jude Bellingham, Luka modric can help Madrid get all three points irrespective of how difficult the home side may try to prove, i think Real Madrid would still beat them tonight because the entire team is conscious of how important all 3 points against vallecano would mean for the team especially now that they are trying to overtake Barcelona at the top of the table.
We also didnt expect Real Madrid to give in to the Vallecano side so easily allowing them to penetrate them in this match but what we're witnessing now is vice-versa. And wow... Real Madrid is committed to re-equalizing and taking back their chances to lead the game having been able to score two goals in just 6 minutes. The first Madrid goal was scored when I started writing this reply and the second goal too before both team went for a break finally. Sevilla is a strong contender , most clubs find it difficult to take down especially when it comes to big teams, Athletico taking them down shows how far they've improved, I still can't assure who's gonna win if they(Ahtletico madrid) plays against team like Barcelona but I see Barcelona with better chance imo ( just saying) ... Thus, Sevilla has one problem , they don't take small team that serious like big ones and sometimes they could be dissapointing,then regarding tonight's game, Sevilla shouldn't have that much of problem winning them just that the margin might not be wide but i go for sevilla winning unless they dissapoint once again.

It is definitely very difficult for Real Madrid to win against a team like Rayo Vallecano. I have checked the statistics of the matches between these two teams. The last 2 matches between these two teams have been draws. And out of the last 5 matches between these two teams, Madrid has won 2 and Vallecano has won 1. Real Madrid has not been able to dominate in the past matches against Rayo either.
In today's match, Real Madrid will play in 4-4-2 formation. Mbappe will not be with the squad due to injury. Ancelotti will probably make the same match strategy as last season. Bellingham and Modrich are in the midfield. However, in today's match I would like to see a better performance from Vini and Arda Guller.
Real Madrid have a great chance to overtake Barcelona for the first time, but it could be a tough battle. Not because Mbappe was injured but what makes it difficult is that this is a Derby match. Kylian Mbappe scoring in their last two games was about restoring back the hopes of fans who earlier criticized him for his inability to score many goals as he does while he was playing at Paris Saint German but it's obvious he won't be available against Rayo Vallecano as a result of injury he sustained in their champions league game against Atalanta during the midweek but i don't see it as a problem for Real Madrid since Endrick and Vinicius will feature. If they play the same way they did against Girona last weekend, they will comfortably win Rayo Vallecano.
