Real Madrid got lucky to get the second place back, ATM could have won and kept Real back at third place, this isn't something Real achieved but more like ATM lost and it's their failure that Real will not be third place. However, I agree that after this game, they will focus on the league back because I believe that Real will lose against City, when they do, it means they do not have anything but to be second place to work for.

Just to be in the La Liga competition, yes Xavi and Barcelona are also much better with a very reliable strategy. Valencia is now increasingly away from the relegation zone after last week they managed to beat hosts Celta Vigo with a narrow score of 1-2.
