Girona seems to be the giants killers of this season's Spanish La Liga campaign. They've defiled all odds to win matches that many football fans expected them to lose this season and that's a huge commendation to the club players and technical team.
They currently sit on 8th position of the league standings and somehow would be disappointed with the number of points they were able to accumulate this season considering their results against the big teams. This season is almost over and with the energy in the side now they might be a big Spanish force come next season

I don't think I will see such dominance of Barcelona against Real Betis. Barcelona is a strong team. But now that they are top of the table. And the title is almost certain for Barcelona. So I thought Barcelona would play defensively and narrowly get a win. But Barcelona dominated from the start of the match. Barcelona players did a great performance. After conceding a goal after only 14 minutes, Betis' players probably lost confidence.

Barcelona won 4-0 though. Still, I'd say Barcelona need another experienced striker if they want to win the title next season. If not, it will become more difficult for Barcelona to maintain consistency. In addition, in the next mushroom, Barcelona will have to fight for the Champions League title as well as the La Liga title.

Yep. The red card brings a big impact on the match. After Edgar Gonzalez got a red card (minute 33') and leave the field, Barcelona could score 2 goals in minute 36' and minute 39'. It simply showed us that the red card destroyed the strength of Real Betis defense and the whole players' mentality. I think Barcelona may not score 4 goals if there was no red card. Sure, Barcelona really takes advantage when Real Betis lost 1 player, Barcelona can attack Real Betis easier because Real Betis players tend to stay in their area.

While you are playing against team like Barcelona with having early redcard then surely things like this can happen because they were already leading by 1 - 0 before redcard and then suddenly put two more goals after this which change the momentum of this game Betis play better in second half, but sadly they were unlucky with still having own goal which helps Barcelona to sink them deep in this match with the score of 4 - 0 now with three loses from five matches now they are going to face another tough opponent Athletic Bilbao which is also looking for UEFA spot and having unpredictable performance hopefully we will have interesting match in next round between these two teams.

Sometimes one of the reasons why a team cannot score a goal even though they have many opportunities is not only because their opponent's defense is strong but also because they do not have a good shooter who can maximize every opportunity that is created into a goal, saw on google stats Sevilla had 5 shots on target but none of them could go into the opponent's goal while Girona only had 3 shots on target and 2 into so they could get 3 points, and Seville's defense is just as weak as their attack.

This defeat further adds to the length of their bad statistics this season because they have suffered more defeats than wins, even last season they only suffered 4 defeats throughout the season but now it has tripled and it is likely that it will increase because some of the matches the opponents are stronger than Girona is also an away game as it will be against Sociedad in the last game of the season.

Girona really deserved the victory they got from Sevilla home, because they were able to silent Sevilla players in the first half with 1-0 to alert those who predicted for the favour of Sevilla that they are stronger than Sevilla in this period. Many people predicted for the favour of Sevilla, because they are at home which will be very easy for them to use home advantage to play but Girona never allowed Sevilla to use such opportunity through out the match. I believe, Sevilla coach need to work on their strikers before their next match, because they had many opportunities to equalize the goal in the second half but they misused the opportunity.

Real beat Madrid by four goals and their style of play and counter attack is quite good. And in today's match, Girona beat Sevilla 0-2. And in today's match the team showed very good performance but the last game was Sevilla and Girona in January the result of the game was 1-2 with Girona winning here. It was a really late goal for Bilbao that enabled them to have a draw. But a draw is always better than a loss as a late goal is better than no goal. They didn’t relent and it was not until the final moments of the game that they had gotten an equalizing goal.
