It is surely a small chance, but it is not 100% impossible.

The next match is a tight match, they will play against Atletico Madrid. Barcelona is the favorite team to win, but Atletico is in a good form now. They always wins all the last 5 matches. So, it is not impossible if Atletico steals 3 points at Barcelona home (Camp Nou).

Their condition is a little outside of the actual predictions but indeed this is also a bit natural because some of their core players have not been in the squad for the last few matches.

Let Real Madrid forget about the Laliga, and let Real Madrid face their performance in champions league, because even though Real Madrid win all their remaining match, it's will not easy for Real Madrid to be the top to take the trophy, the gap of numbers of points that Real Madrid has to chase is really too much. I think Real Madrid's chances are there, but it's close to impossible to say. Barcelona need just a few more wins in the rest of the season to claim the La Liga title, while Real Madrid need to fight 100% to win all their match. Yes, Barcelona could lose 2-3 tough matches or drop points in several matches, but what about Real Madrid, can they win all the matches?

I think expecting Barcelona to lose the rest of the season and expecting Real Madrid to win all their match is ridiculous. Xavi and Barcelona are not going to let go of their grip on the title this easily this season when they have so many advantages, so lighten up on your optimism and throw in the towel. Remember that La Liga is a dead horse for Real Madrid this season even though mathematically they still have a chance.

Real Madrid playing in the champions League thy will have a better chance of progressing to the semi-finals by the features today but in the Spanish la Liga real Madrid is still in contention of the league. if you look at the point difference and the few remaining matches, of course it's better for Real Madrid to give up the La Liga title this season and focus on the UCL and Copa Del rey, it's a trophy that is more likely for them to get.
in some La Liga matches Real Madrid have been very inconsistent and I think that is inseparable from their focus on being able to catch Barcelona.

It's not rumour, it's fact. You can find evidence that some bottom or mid-table team tend to play their best when defended against opponents such as Barcelona and Real Madrid. I can take as an example Barcelona's last 2 league matches against Girona and Getafe, Barcelona played well but they struggled to find goals in those two matches.
