I don't know the reason behind Kylian Mbappe struggles in front of goals this season. At Paris Saint Germaine, Kylian Mbappe prolificity was out of this world but since he joined Real Madrid in the summer, the France national team captain have been trying to find his best scoring form again. He did score today but had more chances of scoring more but he wasted the scoring opportunities.
Kylian Mbappe I think is playing under pressure which is why he struggles to keep calm in front of goal but can do better if he stops allowing pressure from fans get to him.

The more they pressure Mbappe theore he will be missing more good opportunities I think the media and fans should give him some breathing space so that he can be himself and play his normal style of football. Mbappe is not the only Real Madrid player who is not playing well this season but the talk s has always been on him not finishing well when it is very obvious that he is still struggling to adapt to his current position in the Real Madrid team. We shouldn't pressure Mbappe before he turns into a flop. How many goals were we expecting him to be on by this time that we are just about half way into the league. The highest any team has played is 15 games and we still have more games left to play therefore there's enough time for more goals to be scored. He already has 10 goals without adding other contributions he's adding to the team therefore I don't think he's performing that bad as people are making it to look like. We expected so much from him but everything won't just happen immediately but will take some time. Real Madrid defeated Getafe and Mbappe scored and are likely going to win the league now.

They were actually playing well in both just that the tempo of the second half game reduced which wasn’t a surprise due to the lack at Getafe was playing. Getafe rarely had balls in the first and that was what made Madrid to be in total control of the game in that half, In the second half it was definitely different with intensity from Getafe as they started having more of the balls which was more of a tactical switch by the manager. Also the more balls that Getafe was seeing was in the midfield and that’s why Uche in the Getafe midfield was seeing more of the ball. The Madrid midfield in the second half wasn’t it self due to the withdrawal of Jude Bellingham which I hope is not an injury or a long term one because it Will ba anther big over hyped players .

Seriously I like the fact that the three clubs that usually challenge for the title are now doing same thing again after the explosive start to the season by Barcelona which made many of the remaining club fans thinking that the competition might have even ended right before the start. The Barcelona recent form is definitely a good one to me because it has just made the league open, competitive and more fun

You're right. In the second half, there are no more goals. Real Madrid prefers to keep their leading with 2 goals. They were likely playing with a more defensive tactic n the second half. I think it wasn't a bad idea, leading with 2 goals is enough to win the match.

Bellingham is among Real Madrid players who can keep performance quite consistently in each match. Although he doesn't score as many as goals in the previous season, but Bellingham has a crucial role in the midfield line of Real Madrid. That's the thing with football and you shouldn't be surprised that there are differing opinions about Barcelona's style of play currently. I still believe that like every other club who are experiencing their hard times, Barcelona aren't immune to setback so let's just give them time to see if they can get back up or this is the end for them even though the season is still fresh.
