Right now Benzema is trying to have another impressive season at least. His performance in his last match in the league was really incredible. I think that most likely will not be the case,Real has only one objective right now for this season and it is the Champions League,they will be playing next week there and I think that despite their opponent looks easy based on their recent form as Chelsea is losing a lot of games,it won't be easy for Real Madrid.They have very slim chances to make a comeback in the second leg of the Copa del Rey and as such I doubt they will be trying hard in this game.The only way they turn things around is if they find a weak and not focused Barcelona but we all know that rarely we see a non focused Barcelona when playing against Real Madrid.

To be honest, if you look at their current performance I think this is the biggest score they have received so far and of course this gives a real hope considering that with their current condition there is clearly a chance where they can play against Barcelona. Indeed, in this case it will still be difficult when facing Barcelona when playing at Camp Nou, but on the other hand, of course, they are more confident now with this big win.

Madrid is still using the same strategy as the previous meeting against barcelona but some players got in like rodrygo and tchouameni. The problem is madrid was facing valladolid which was an easy team to be beaten while it will be facing barcelona again. The only advantage that owner by madrid is if barcelona might not be playing without gavi but surprisingly appears in the match against elche.

I can't believe that I lost on that Bilbao game, but the rest was quite good and with insurance I got something anyway. A narrow win for Real Madrid was more likely in this match. Because in the past matches, Madrid did not score more than 1 or 2 goals against Valladolid. a little bit too late though and it was against a small team, if only they played that good against Barcelona, La Liga now is not their concern anyways since Barca are almost champions, Copa Del Rey and CL is what they should put more effort into, 2nd leg of Copa Del Rey could get really interesting if they keep a good performance, we might see another comeback Roll Eyes
