This is the result we all expected since the beginning: Real Madrid and Barça winning their respective matches.

It is true that Barcelona has taken advantage of a few mistakes made by Madrid (who, remember, were on top of the table before the World Cup of Qatar) and now the latter has to do the same if they want to recover their 1st position. Remaining matchdays are less and less and everything indicates that they are going to run out of time if FC Barcelona doesn't fail.

Barcelona I don't know when they have the last lost game in La Liga and they have a lot of consecutive wins,to many to count,this shows that they are in the most perfect form from quite some time now and that most likely they will end the La Liga in first place.Real Madrid has not the consistency that Barcelona had and the fact that the referee helped them in this last game where the second goal against Osasuna was clearly offside for me says a lot about their team,I know they are the best team in Spain if we compare titles but this year simply is not their year and most likely won't make it.

The guys have worked like peanut butter and jelly, scoring goals left, right, and center. I believe their consistency and grit will help them break records and reach their goals this season. They're in first place with an eight-point lead over Real Madrid, but don't get too confident. They must keep working hard. Will they maintain momentum and win? It's anyone's guess, but this is one squad you don't want to miss!!!

I don't think I'm the only person that least expected Barcelona in their current form to lose to a team like Cardiz, they have been cursed from the beginning of the season to remain close to the relegation zone, which should be like a bonus point for Barcelona. However, I haven't given up on Real Madrid's journey to that first place Barcelona is currently occupying, they are just 8 points ahead of Real Madrid, and it is not even possible for Barcelona to win all the matches, they could lose or draw at some point and if Real Madrid tightens up their belt, it should be easy to fix their mistakes, we still have a long way to go before the season comes to end.

Coach Xavi should be thanked for such an outstanding performance by Barcelona. Because of his match strategy, the Barcelona team has been able to consistently perform well in La Liga. And being able to tighten up the top spot in the table. Barcelona's midfield and attack are now very strong. They scored 45 goals in 22 matches in La Liga. And conceded only 7 goals. Although it seems that Barcelona's defense is very strong. But Barcelona's defense crumbled during performances against the big teams. Xavi should try to stabilize his defense more.

When the opponent is far below them in terms of conditions and players, this kind of thing is not too strange, I think.
Conditions will remain the same even if there are some players who are not in the squad.
Currently Barcelona is back away with 8 points but looking at their current schedule I think this is a bit risky because there are several clubs that are quite tough to face including El Clasico returning in the next few weeks.
