I don't think Carlo Ancelotti can solve the team's problems with a sudden decision. Because Real Madrid has no problem except Benzema. Had Benzema been in form, Real Madrid would have topped the La Liga table this season as well. Benzema is not in form so the team is not playing well. The team has to rely more on young and inexperienced players. And if Benzema doesn't return to form, the only way to solve Real Madrid's problems is to find a suitable replacement for Benzema. Without experienced players, Madrid's weaknesses will not diminish.

They started the season very well but rallying on just one player isn't really safe and what happening to them right now is logic, the team need new bloods and i believe they may profit from the current Manchester city situation to pick or two good players asap, if they manage to bring halaand i think the team will not find any problem in the offensive term

Their consistency in developing and increasing their performance this season is much better than other clubs, moreover in the big clubs in La Liga. Xavi can really manage their squad much better and well-prepared this season, moreover, after some great players were added during the market transfer. Actually, stagnant in 4th place and only doing defensive schemes in every game, in my opinion, it's not good for a club like Atletico.
However, if Simeone really wants to stay then he will have to do some updates about their scheme and formation which in these 2 seasons has been very monotonous.

Beyond every reasonable doubt, ATM is a good team and simeone is really trying his best... I don't think any Coach would do better, why? There are some situations that you think a different person or idea could prolly revamp it, but being really precise, that could not even be the problem...
Athletico's case Isn't even about the coach -- take a look at a player like Yannick Carrasco, he plays with all amount of confidence and skills... We also have a couple more that has quite a good sense of understanding in football, but when all these people are made to play in a club that hasn't that coordination, how does it feel? How's their performances rated? It can never be as when they all play with a solid team... So I'll say, AthletiCo still has a little work to do.
