In this match, both teams played well and created good chances. Osasuna actually created a lot of chances. The problem is that they could not actually successfully score from any of them.

On the other hand, Atletico Madrid was able to score in one of them. The goal that was scored by Atletico Madrid was absolutely beautiful. A great through ball, and with a great finish Atletico Madrid was on the board. I also agree that Atletico Madrid was actually playing very defensively from the start. That's why towards the later part of the match, the sudden attacks that they were doing caught the opponent off guard.

It wasn't a very comfortable match for Atletico Madrid especially in defense. Osasuna also found important chances to score. The biggest chance was by Moi Gomez as he was so close to finish the lovely cross with a goal. But Oblak was very impressive today and he made a big save. Well, somehow Atletico won, as a more experienced team. Of course, Griezmann and Morata could have finished earlier, but their execution was poor and the intrigue lasted until the end.
It's good that Atletico has players like Saul, who coming on as a substitute can decide the outcome of the match, just like in the good old days.
Although he didn't do well at Chelsea, he's not a bad player.
