You may have a point but i still don’t totally agree with all of that. Real Madrid find themselves in a situation that all players are top notch and they’re all exhibiting some kind of great quality in the team. They just need to learn to adapt to themselves and also have this spirit of sportsmanship in the field. Real Madrid players are all good, so you’ll think they are after individual greatness as a team instead of playing together as a team. They are verily playing well in my opinion and for every player, they want their team to win regardless of who scores the goal amongst them. The coach knows better what is wrong with the team that we are yet to see the best of them, I’m sure he’ll fix that and make the team as great as they’ve always been.
It is Ancelotti main task to unite the egos of his players, 11 Real Madrid players are under 25 years old, they clearly need more recognition. Ancelotti understands the situation very well, and in my opinion his managerial ability in managing star players is beyond doubt. The defeats to Lille and Barcelona were indeed very disappointing, but that cannot be used as a reference to say that Real Madrid is currently not solid.
There is an injury factor that underlies Los Blancos current unstable performance, in addition to the transition of players within the team and the adaptation of new players which is a little slow. Florentino Perez will not hesitate to kick star players out of Santiago Bernabeu, if their presence becomes a source of chaos, instead of contributing maximally to achieving the club's goals. We have seen on many occasions, Real Madrid is a place where players can be one step closer to winning trophies and individual achievements.
