They destroyed both teams and they destroyed Real Madrid that just came back from a 0-2 against Borussia Dortmund. This performance was brilliant, what a week for Barcelona... When is Real Madrid going to learn that you don't build a team to win the El clasico through buying players, you need academy players and this is what Barcelona has been using to beat Real Madrid more in this features. Real Madrid weren't in a top form despite how they have been winning, their games but it haven't been convincing enough unlike how Barcelona have been playing that they dominate their opponents and still win them without having much difficulties. I think Real Madrid aren't yet united and some of the players are still trying to figure out their role in the team. Barcelona is more of a team than Real Madrid and it was very obvious today. Mbappe offside were just too much too.

Absolutely, I can agree with you but in today's game they performed more as a team than previous games only that the called saviour of the team happens to miss a lot of clever chances that should have counted as a goal. Mbappe finishing was really bad, aside counting for his offsides, he really needs so much work with his placing and finishing. Having a starting position in Madrid should not get to his head, he is currently losing his value just to what everyone had in mind and hope to see him contribute to the team. Madrid is squad is perfect to withstand any team but they still lack what it takes even with so many key players.

No one can really tell which team will win between Barcelona and Real Madrid before the match and all this statement is clearly born out of the fact that the game have already been played and Barcelona happens to lead Real Madrid in this match so congrats to them, since this win was really based on their preparedness and readiness to take advantage of opportunities that present themselves during the match, I know many will lose their bet tonight, but that is not the altimate since we have more games ahead, but sincerely speaking Barcelona performance in this game is quite excellent and it shows that that club is ready to take the title this season, 4:0 goals is quite out of the ordinary and also out of the claim's that they won by luck, no this one is a pointer to some level of hard work, defeating a big club like Real Madrid with such multiple goals, is way above luck and a result of expertises.

Real Madrid struggled well in the first half, but due to poor defending in the second half, Barcelona scored 2 goals back to back and even the match ended with 4-0. Barcelona team played very well, I appreciate those people. Especially for the defense line. You guys can see that our world class player front line has got a poor rating. Despite Barcelona's center backs performed very impressively. Angelotti should focus on defense, having shown poor performance against Dortmund even before El Classico. But today, all players performed poorly. I had high expectations from Real Madrid that they would beat Barcelona today, but Hansi Flick's tactics forced all players to perform poorly and unfortunately Real Madrid did nothing.

This score literally got me shocked as I can't remember the last time I saw such score in the el classico also seeing such today really got me surprised and interestingly has to be with the fact that Madrid was the team anyone would have expected to win if they were to expect a win but it turns out that they were at the loosing sides, this season Barcelona is on a very different winning spirit with a very different form that is almost second to none amongst their equals even if Madrid had a better depth they couldn't stop Barcelona today and I will say it was an impressive one.

Six points clear ahead of Madrid is good for Barcelona, this match was supposed to be the determinants for their title ambitions over Madrid and they showed the world that they are better than Madrid this season because they have everything both defense and a striker, while Real Madrid defense is not too strong and they also don’t have a reliable top nine which is why the converted Mbappe.

Congratulations to Barcelona, they did very well, their consistency matters a lot and Hensi Flick is doing a great job, his tactics is good especially the offside tactics because it really help them much because we have seen how two goals were cancelled for Madrid due to offsides.

Ancelloti’s substitution was not perfect today, he removed the players that are marking in the midfield and bring in Modric that is not marking well, nevertheless, it has happens, Madrid need to do something about their defense, they really need to sign more defenders.

For the first half I still really liked Madrid's performance especially for their midfield where Valverde, Jude, Camavinga and Tchouameni played very well although Mbappe and Vini wasted a lot of chances they had in the first half.
But the second half was a disaster. Madrid seemed to lose their way in attack and I didn't like the performance of their strikers in this match.

I know they tried hard to up the tempo but it buried them in today's game and this massacre is a bit of a shame.
Flick knows how to provoke Madrid's players by trying to slow down the tempo but on the other hand they tried the other way by letting Madrid attack sporadically without regard for the defense which in the end was well maximized by Barcelona.

My weekend looks like it's going to be a bit of a bad one because I'm suddenly in a bad mood with such a high-profile defeat.

Indeed it's definitely a waste of 3 odd although I know Barcelona is on a different level but I never really expected them to be so brutal in this game because what they actually did to Real Madrid is definitely a disgrace and something that no one I guess expected and indeed if they keep up the good works they would have the Spanish league in their possession even before the league ends.

I believe Flick will win the La Liga trophy this season because he will be difficult for Barcelona to beat. Mbappe's performance against Real Madrid in the second half was poor, and I didn't expect Barcelona to defeat Real Madrid so easily with a clear four-goal lead and a six-point lead in the league. I'm sure they miss Rodrygo, but in my opinion, it was Mbappe who defeated Madrid all the chances they get in the first half they should have win the game. I think Flick will achieve the laliga trophy this season because he will be hard for Barcelona to lose any point again.

Ancelotti's as lose against Barcelona at home with a clear 4 is disappointing for Madrid fans. Lewandowski missed a chance to score three goals in the el clasico, but football is unpredictable. Small clubs can defeat Barcelona and top the league table, and they have a second leg to play again. Let's see what happens and madrid can probably revenge and score them in the camp nue. Let see how the competition will end and see who will be the best club to win the league. What a regret for Real Madrid tonight but I think because some players are not around they get injured, and many Barcelona players are back from injured that is why they have opportunity to defeat madrid.

Very true, apart from the fact that the match was awesome, even though the goals were only one way, it was still a dynamic match. I stopped counting the offsides that Mbappe got caught on when it got over 5, it proves once again that he is trying to play the game he played at PSG when only he is at the cutting edge of the attack and only he should score. I thought that would disappear in him when he moved to Real Madrid but no, they are winning matches but their game is not as spectacular as it used to be. The exception was the match against Borussia, where they may have changed tactics at half time.

TBH, I'm really disappointed with this result, Real Madrid looks like a mediocre team. There is no goal made by Real Madrid, their attackers have no power at all.

The first goal gave the Barcelona players more confidence in their play but it was a disaster for Madrid as they lost concentration and rushed into the attack and the end result was not good for them.

Even though the first half was very good for Madrid but for the second half they honestly played badly and this was a disaster for Madrid by losing with a fairly heavy score.
Not only in terms of rivalry is now declining but also Barcelona's position is now starting to move away because Madrid's position is currently 6 points behind Barcelona and Barcelona is more confident to continue running alone in the acquisition of points to reclaim the trophy that was lost last season.

I don't like this result but however we can't close the fact that in this match Barcelona played more optimally, especially in utilizing the momentum they had.

Putting blames on couch and players after a particular team lost a game is the idea I don't buy at times.
We all Hala Madrid when they delivered a wonderful win against Dortmund in the UEFA Champions league from two goals down to 5-2 winning no body either blame to couch or the players, football is a game where unexpected things happen no body or gambling will believe that Barcelona will trash Real Madrid 4-0 in the El Clasico today but Real Madrid lost at home not even with a goal or two different but losing 4-0 at home was unimaginable, Barcelona dominated the game right from the first half of the game till the end both in ball possession and goal attempt. Lewandowski is a great striker he has been inform for Barcelona this season as he scored 2 goals against Real Madrid in the El Clasico and I believe with the good performance of Barcelona this season it will be hard for the not the win the Spanish laliga tittle this season.
