Robert Lewandowski is totally unleashed, he even overtook his colleague Haaland who had started very well.

Despite being way older than lost of them, Lewandowski is still doing wonder, it shows that age is just a number to some players and players like him is a prove to that, based on the stats above, he might see a replica of prime Bayern Munich Lewandowski at Barcelona this season. Honestly, I didn't expect such form from him and it's a very big advantage to Barcelona cause if he remains in form and keeps scoring more goals for a longer period then they'll maintain the top of the table and it would also give them a boost to win the league this season. Barcelona have a very important match today against Real Madrid ( the El Classico) therefore such form would be highly needed to put them ahead at the Bernabeu today, it would be so lovely to watch him score and add to his number of goals. I agree with you on the El classico not being the same but on the part you said both teams (Madrid and Barcelona) are performing well this season I don't think so because Madrid are struggling let's forget about the narrow escape winning they're getting. And I must say that Madrid are not yet like they used to be, but the game against Dortmund I think that was when they brought out that Madrid of last season but is not yet there. If you talk about Barcelona being at their best I'll say yes because they are far way better than Madrid this season, the connection between the players especially the front line (the attackers) is something they haven't gotten since Messi, Andrés Iniesta, Xavi and the other players back then left the side and with how they are playing Madrid can never be at or match the current team of Barcelona you're seeing now. Hopefully Sevilla will continue their improvement and will not be relegated from La Liga after this season. They are decreasing in quality and performances in the last three seasons and if the trend is simply down more, they will soon no longer play in La Liga. With this win, they have 15 points and are at the 9th position in La Liga, it's good enough but they have to maintain good performances in a long season. If they can not maintain good performances, 7 points more than the relegation zone will disappear very quickly.

In this match against Espanyol, Sevilla played well and deserved to beat the opponent and get three important points that are helpful for them in rank improvement.
