Losing Casemiro is bad news for Real Madrid because he was the player whom they trusted the most when it comes to the defensive midfield position. They have their new youngsters also of course but we will see if they will be able to play as good as him in a short time. Thirty years is still not that old these days. He is healthy and a very solid player. I would say that he has at least three to four years on the highest level possible. Look at Modric who is going to turn 37 very soon. He still understands the game perfectly well and makes up for his age through brilliant positioning on the field. You really don't need to be the fastest on the field if you have an edge over others when it comes to reading and controlling a game.
