Last year it was Reals league and everyone was bad, this year everyone looks angry to get back to the top.

Morata is the most interesting player to me so far. We don't see him scoring regularly normally so I wonder how much he can keep this up. Atletico Madrid played very well in their first match which I never even expected from them. I would say that those times when Barcelona was almost invincible in any game are long over. We have seen that in the past season and I am sure that also applies to this season that any team from La Liga has the chance to beat Barcelona, specifically when Barcelona plays away from home. They have been vulnerable over the last couple of years already and not much has changed since.

This is not to say that Barcelona is going to have severe losing streaks repeatedly, but saying that Barcelona wins a game 100% is just not the case anymore. It used to be during their prime when they had all the superstars on board years ago. That was the time when you could essentially tell that this is a 99.9% win. Odds were so low that I never bet a penny on them winning a game. The only game you could bet on was the clasico at those times. Now you could go for a gamble against Barcelona way more often.

Yes you're correct about Messi's chances of returning back to Barcelona and La Liga. Larpota Barcelona President also has fantasies of Messi coming back to have a proper exit with Barcelona.
Water would probably be his last and same with Cristiano Ronaldo. After that I expect them to look for roles at States. Inter Miami has stated the interest in bringing Lionel Messi to the State's.

As you said that to judge the skill of a football player is not just from one game, at least you need some history of the matches he has participated in and you can see the results so maybe you can look at the history of the five previous matches to determine how the person was when playing football, while Morata as far as I can see experience on the field is still lacking and it still takes a lot of hours to get down and play on the field.
