Real Madrid still seem to have a better team than Barcelona, especially if you look at last season. Madrid was better than Barcelona in every way. They have also won the Champions League, while Barcelona lost in the Europa League to the number 8 of Germany. That's a big difference. The difference in points in the final standings in the competition also says it all. Although it must be said that Koeman made a mess of it with Barcelona. With Xavi now as coach, I have high expectations for the upcoming season.
The appearance of the two giants of La Liga this season, Real Madrid and Barcelona, is very inversely proportional.  Madrid managed to end the season with two important trophies.  Meanwhile, Barcelona ended the season with zero titles.  I don't think this season is right if we compare the rivalry between these two teams, because Barcelona are in a slump and very lucky for el barca to finish as runners-up.  Real Madrid as a whole this season they do not have significant problems, so it is very natural that Real Madrid is able to excel far from its competitors in the league.

The experiences that Xavi has brought to Barça are very special. He wore the jersey of the Catalans once over the years. Now he has the responsibility of managing the team. We know that he had successful tactical management in the team he managed before. Since coming to Barça, they have caught a very good chart. I'm sure they will have a better squad next year.

I agree that there’re two Barcelona sides one from Koeman era and another when Xavi took over, and the latter transformed this team and I feel that if he gets 1 - 3 more player’s then he can definitely help Barcelona dominate the league. However currently Barcelona don’t have the funds, and if De Jong doesn’t leave then they won’t be able to buy anyone, and that may prove to be a big challenge even for Xavi as I feel that he may struggle to motivate the player’s throughout the season.

I think they will be able to manage the fund. Otherwise, they would not have wanted to bring in an expensive player like Lewandowski this season. However, Barcelona now has the extra striker they needed. Xavi should sell a few players. Dembele is not very important for Barcelona now. If they sell a few players, maybe Xavi can add some new talented players to the team.

If I prefer not to compare Real Madrid with Barcelona this season because almost everyone knows the difference between the two this season and with Barcelona's achievements this season it's actually been very extraordinary because Barcelona stepped up from the slump in the previous coach (Koeman), so that in this season Xavi tried to make Barcelona to be the best club again as it has ever been in the past and the results deserve to be called extraordinary despite not getting the La Liga title and the Champions League.
Yes, comparing the two with this season's achievements will certainly be lame and because of that, we simply see the process of how Barcelona have become better under Xavi's management and of course that is quite good. Even so, there is no guarantee for Barcelona to be good next season, but considering the way Xavi is able to make Barcelona rise. So at least this can make the Barcelona board continue to support every process that will be carried out by Xavi, because to get back to the expected form will certainly not be easy.

Luka Modrić is about 37 years old. He can still perform very well. However, at the moment Real Madrid should not rely on Luka Modrić. Ancelotti must find a replacement for Luka Modrić.
Of course, Real Madrid knows it very well. That's why they already have 2 young midfielders (Camavinga and Valverde) who can replace the role of Modric. During this season, both of these young midfielders have performed awesome. I think Ancelotti won't be afraid anymore about Real Madrid midfield. What Real Madrid needs to be worried about is their attacking line. They still can't sign any striker till now, while some of their current strikers (Jovic and Mariano Diaz) may leave Real Madrid in this transfer window.

Between young midfielder Camavinga and Valverde I don't see have the same position for Luka Modric because he most active on attacking midfielder and focus how to build with counter attack and give service assist for Karim Benzema and Vinicius Jr. I think between Camavinga and Valverde most active as defensive midfielder and Real Madrid should looking for new attacking midfielder if want to try replace Luka Modric position. Exactly with Valverde have multi talent position not only playing well with midfielder but some time Carlo Ancelotti give him position on winger side and right defender position.

No doubt Lewandowski is a great CF, but claiming Barcelona will be very strong with him is too early for sure. I even think that Lewandowski may need time to adapt to Barcelona game style. As we know that not every player is easy to show his best in a new club. Even a superstar like Fernando Torres, ever experienced a hard adaptation in Chelsea.
It will be a biggest challenge in career of Lewandowski to adapt to Barcelona game style. He is a very classic central forward or striker and he has played like this many years. Now in very last years of his career, he has to change and adapt to a new game style. It's certainly a big issue for him.

Definitely,Real madrid will be more stronger next season because they will try as much as they could to  sign more quality players next season. It is good that they were able to achieve something this season, they won the Lalliga and also won the champions league this season,so obviously,it was a good one for them. But next season,I don't think Barcelona will allow them win the Lalliga the way they won this season.
I think of an opposite scenario for Real Madrid. They have good growth of Vinicius, Rodrygo, Valverde, etc. but in the last season they still relied too much on their old players, from Benzema, Modric, Kroos to Casemiro. What will happen in a new season if those old players can not play well as same as the last one?

Real Madrid will have big problems and I am doubtful that their young players or new ones will be able to cover for old players. Therefore, La Liga in a new season will be more interesting with a stronger Barcelona, a potential weaker Real Madrid and maybe Atletico Madrid will be stronger too.

Last season remained last season and everyone has matured by exactly one year Wink Also, the teams are expecting changes in the line-ups, and therefore I would not be in a hurry to say that the Real Madrid squad looks stronger than the competitors.

The rivalry between Real Madrid and Barcelona will heat up next season. Well, even though last season Barcelona started the season badly, since Xavi came Barcelona's performance has shown a good improvement. But, we can't deny, that one of the advantages that Real Madrid has is they have a much bigger budget than Barcelona, and of course, with that budget Real Madrid has many options to bring in world-class players. I think with those advantages, Real Madrid will still be the best in La Liga next season.

By the way, I would like to remind you that in the Spanish Cup, Real Madrid also gave way not to the leaders of La Liga, but also to the 8th team of Spain, so such analogies are not entirely appropriate due to the different specifics of the tournaments Wink And I'm even afraid to say how much Athletic Bilbao lost to Real Madrid in the championship. Much more points than Barcelona conceded Grin

The source says that Manchester United have already made their first offer for Frenkie de Jong. It's a deal consisting of 60 million euros plus 20 million euros (add-ons). Considering his current value, I think that it is a really nice offer. However we don't know how much money Barcelona want for him now. They really need money these days so if they reach an agreement with Manchester United at the end, it would be great for them. On the other hand they will lose a very important player too of course. But sometimes you might need to make some sacrifices.

That's the thing, Barcelona were under a different coach for most of the start of the season and, moreover, Barcelona didn't get off to the best start with the arrival of Xavi. It took a while for the team to start winning, as if Javi was building the team from scratch, setting its tactics and tempo of play. I think it was only in the second half of the season that things got better for Barcelona, so the race for the title was out of the question.

I think you have a good point and I agree with you, Ancelotti is a great coach and he knows that with the age of Luka Modric, he won't be as good as he used to be and he has brought in two great replacements for him (Valverde and Camavinga) the two lads have proven themselves already, they need to bring in a striker to add to their squad so that they wont have issues should Jovic or any other striker decide to move.

add to the fact that real madrid has a good squad that they don't need to invest a lot of money so that next season they can win la league, this is without a doubt a big advantage for real madrid. they won the champions league, they won the la league and they don't need to spend a lot of money for next season. while barcelona need to invest money in players so that they can compete against real madrid next season

His ability is unquestionable because he is an experienced man, his presence will be a role model for young players too. Possibly this last contract with Real Madrid, according to rumors Tchouameni will also join the club, to strengthen the midfield. I can't wait for next season, Real Madrid should be remains the strongest club in La Liga.
I'm quite contented with seeing Real Madrid reaching an agreement with Aurélien Tchouameni. I think he is one of the most promising midfielders in today's football and signing him wasn't very difficult for Real Madrid as well. But they must consider themselves really lucky about one thing which is that he had only Real Madrid in his mind. There were some other big clubs trying to intervene this deal but it didn't help them. If he adapts to the team quickly then he can find a place for himself in the starting eleven quite fast.
It will definitely help them "de-age" their midfield. Between casemiro, kroos, modric and so forth, their midfield became a pool of old but talented players. I am not saying that these players should retire right away, they just won the UCL together and that is a great thing to achieve so there is no need to replace them right away.

However, it is obvious that they are getting older, and getting one of the next superstars of midfield in the future is definitely a good idea. Tchouameni is a player that could serve maybe like 10 years for Real if he proves himself, which is what they were after by buying a young superstar, guaranteeing the future.

real madrid has always had that characteristic of having the best players, they haven't been wanting a young team for years, that doesn't work. they need players who produce good results, no team is going to have players for years and years, so it has to have young players, what would be the purpose? have players for 10 5 or 10 years? that doesn't work, we saw how barcelona destroy themselves because of this way of thinking that they should have young players

GOD is TRUE

Luca Modric age is quite old and next season will be different in the quality of his game with Real Madrid. His role in the team will decline next season. Physically, they will tire quickly and will not be able to play full time.

I think Real Madrid are well prepared for the future that awaits their midfield pair, with Casemiro, Kroos and Modric ageing, Real Madrid has assembled a midfield pair of Camavinga and Valverde, with Tchoemani touted to complete the future of the midfield trio at the Bernabeu. With Vincius excellent attacking form, addition of Rudiger, and new signings coming in. The next season looks juicy for Real Madrid to dominate again
