To be fair, I started watching Italian games recently and have been very surprised that they don't play the way my stereotyped mind has told me they played, and to be fair much more exciting than even my team Barca, at least at the start of the season. They took over the coach position in Barcelona in different conditions. Pep became a coach of Barcelona when they have good team and I don't deny the talent of Pep but his success in Barcelona is from many factors, not only from Pep. Barcelona touched their golden time with Pep but Pep should thanks to La Massia because the academy provided so many great players for him and fortunately, they appeared in a same period which played together and brought success for both Pep, themselves and the club.

Xavi is doing well now and I don't call him as a bad coach. He is good but let's see whether he will be able to become a great coach. A young coach can have a good debut but when honey moon is over, they are easily to be broken mentally and tactically. I hope that with his experience as a player, over so many pressure, challenge, tournaments, he will be able to go through challenges as a coach even in bad period with bad results.

xavi came back to Barcelona as a coach when the team was in a slump, I think what xavi has given to Barcelona has been very visible even though no trophy has been presented, and I think it is very reasonable because Xavi has only handled Barcelona for only a few weeks, not yet 1 season. I believe with Barcelona's current performance it is very possible for Xavi to bring Barcelona to win several trophies although it is very difficult to compare with what coach Pep Guardiola has given to Barcelona.
