It was an amazing weekend for Barcelona again. They had another tough game and it was against Athletic Bilbao this time. I wasn't expecting it to be a very easy game for Barcelona truthfully. Athletic Bilbao were a very good team at resisting big teams and I expected a similar performance from them here too. But it really seemed like nothing would stand in front of Barcelona. And they obliterated Athletic Bilbao by 4-0 in Camp Nou. Xavi must be delighted with this performance and he would like to see it more on the coming weeks.
The Granada match have eventually started. I will say Granada are the most favorite here, because they are hosting in their home. But, I think we will witness a tough match. Cadiz are in the relegation zone, and they needs more points to slide to the safe side on the standings. However, Granada performance lately have been terrible. While they lost some couple of points in their previous matches. The team needs to improve, and that should start from their ongoing match.
The present situation of the match appears to be very tough for Granada, who, although playing at home, have had a red card since the 32nd minute of the game, giving Cadiz the opportunity to play them well. Cadiz is now dominating the game because they have practically every statistical advantage in the game, and they may even win in the final 10 minutes. Xavi is really brilliant to motivate and rebuild again Barcelona squad, they have performed well again lately. I saw what Xavi done is much better than Koeman, he knows how to make players' motivation to win bigger. Especially for Aubameyang, this player brings a new spirit to Barcelona. While Dembele can find again his best form during Xavi management.
Xavi is indeed a good Coach, I observed that Barcelona no longer struggle to win matches, they are actually improving in term of performance under Xavi. It was Interesting seeing how cooperative the players are on the field. Also, ever since the arrival of Aubameyang to the team, he has been playing real good, and have scored some couple of goals. Xavi probably made a good decision by signing him. While, Koeman problem was that he lacked good strategy.

I think at this point, after it has become clear that they cannot become league champions, they will focus on the Europa League and try to take the title in that particular European cup... They are effective that is all. Some of the best known teams a national teams in the world are know to be mostly game destroyers rather than brilliant football making stars. Sevilla is still worth watching, nothing to do with other styles such as the traditional Italian gameplay of freezing the game, delaying tactics and all the usual tactical faults and game control when winning.

It seems like the Barcelona we have known are back! They continued to destroy another competitor today. They had a home match against Athletic Bilbao and I guess that most people expected a big rivalry in this match. But Barcelona proved those people including me wrong. They really controlled the match from the start to the end and their domination was even more in the second half. Suddenly, the score came to 4-0 from 1-0 and they finished Athletic Bilbao off by a spectacular score. They are still keeping the fourth place now.
The last substitutions really made a direct impact, I barely missed the 1st half, but seeing the 2nd half, I only see Barcelona are on its perfect form. The flow of how their built up the attack was beautiful that many resulted in a goal. Their substitutes who are barely getting into the game with a few minutes left are making use of their playtime perfectly. I believe if Barcelona maintains its form, they will get better standings.I just wish Barcelona showed this incredible performance from the beginning of the season already. But it is still very good to see that they are getting close to the level that we would like to see from a team like Barcelona. Maybe their budget is limited for now and they couldn't make huge transfers in the last two transfer windows. But I'm really contented with Torres and Aubameyang transfers now. Actually, I still feel that their gameplay is still quite good, even though up to now their performance is still not perfect.Draw is at least better than losing and they are now the team that has lost the least amount of games in La Liga with 2 defeats (same as Madrid) and I think they are doing quite well.
Barcelona are a good team and now they are only 9 adrift with 1 game remaining.
I think Chance is still there and very big but indeed this has to be seen from Barcelona's game also in the face of the current hectic schedule
I also heard news that Xavi wants to sign Iniesta into his management later after the contract ends with the Japanese club until 2024 I think this will be a strong management if Iniesta joins later it will be very harmonious if they both are compact worthy players first at Barcelona, so will be stronger where they look for reliable players under his tutelage.

Iniesta could be awesome to pair up with Xavi. Technically speaking he is still a player, not really a manager or staff level right now and still playing. No idea why, but he is also getting paid more than most major names as well, his Japanese club is paying him 30 million dollars a year which is more than the likes of Lewandowski and salah and mbappe.Saying this because their current striker is a perfect match for a shining young player like Aubameyang.
That is not a joke, he is actually getting that much money for playing in Japan. Could be some other reasons involved, I do not know but that is the case for him to be there. Would he leave 30+ million a year and join Barcelona as staff? That would be very hard, I feel like he probably won't do that.

Barcelona are dominating the Athletic Bilbao match right now but they still couldn't score another goal. They may be leading the match by 1-0 now but this is still a risky score for them. Athletic Bilbao are a dangerous team under every condition. If they find an opening in Barcelona defense somehow, they could score the devastating goal for Barcelona. Hopefully, Barcelona can end their hopes by scoring another one. By the way, Aubameyang scored the only goal so far and he continues to mesmerize people by a good performance.
I'm excited over the game last night between Barcelona and athletic Bilbao and the comfortable way in which the Catalan giants won the game at the Camp Nou. Goals from aubameyang in the first half boosted their confidence to upset and dominate athletic Bilbao. When it looked as if the game would end in a goal, dembele came through for them in the 73rd minute. Then the remaining two goals from De jong and Memphis depay sealed the fate of the visitors. I don't think Granada will win. Maybe the match will be a draw or not. Both teams are basically very weak. So the chances of a draw in this match are high. Even if it is a home match for Granada, they will not be able to take advantage of the home. Granada's performance is very bad now. Home or away is not a fact for them at the moment.
