But for FC Barcelona, they have been having a better performance this season much more than expected regardless of the players in the team and the financial issues which affected them from making good signing before the beginning of the season. They have been consistent in the league despite dropping few points their performance has not changed which I think will make them to be the favorite to win the league if Real Madrid doesn't find the solution to the problem of the team.

To become the best you have to be the best in a league that matters and have more competition. You can't be the best player in the world and playing for a small club and expect people to praise you when you aren't living upto the standard that people have put you at. You're playing in a new role that isn't the most difficult role to play as all you have to do is to score. You can't be playing the way you were playing at France in Spain as the defenders.and wingback won't let you use them to run around the pitch easily as you use to do. Mbappe needs to adapt quickly to his new role and start scoring lots of goals to keep his hype up or soon he's going to go out of the spotlight.

With the form of Barcelona now i don't think Real Madrid can overtake them at the top of the table any time soon because Barcelona know what it will mean if Real Madrid gets to the top just like it was to Girona last season, they were topping the league table till they met Real Madrid and lost so Madrid took the advantage till the season ended so Barcelona is already aware of that and i believe that is the more reason why they win their games with good number of goals so that the goal difference between them and Real Madrid will be high incase they get same points the goal difference can favour Barcelona. I cannot dispute the fact that they still have a long season ahead as anything can happen and table turns in the favour of Real Madrid but they need more consistency and should not drop points unnecessarily and i believe they can achieve that since they have a very good squad that can withstand the pressure from their upcoming games.

They have a busy schedule and this will determine which coach can rotate players well before the el classico match. It looks like the El Clasico match will be a test for the defense lines of both teams.
