It's been reported that Depay will miss the match against Atletico Madrid but it can be replaced with Adama Traore I don't think Xavi is worried because he has several attacking players after his purchase in this transfer market and Aubameyang is also a sharp striker in the future for Xavi can still expect that .
For me this is a very good change where Xavi wants Barcelona to be able to step up again after a slump but I think it can be in the top 4 and still be in the UCL candidate next season.

That is how football is a lot like chess, and I believe Xavi could beat anyone in this chess game which is why they are doing this well.

Barcelona have finalised the Aubameyang deal. As Arsenal released him, Barcelona have signed him on a free transfer. So it is clear now that this is a permanent move for him. The contract is going to last for two years though but if he really impresses the team by his scoring performance, then maybe Barcelona would think of extending his contract for one more year. Some years before, it was rumoured that Aubameyang would join the Real Madrid side actually. He's still come to the La Liga but not to Real Madrid. Grin

Agree with you here now time is changed and Barcelona is facing some serious troubles around them on and off the field, but good thing happened for them after arrival of Xavi now they have some better performance and team is able to grab their good spot in La Liga but now thinking about Mbappé or Lewandowski is not good idea because their debit is already touching 1.7 Billion Euro which mean some good troubles waiting for them in near future having player like Aubameyang is also not bad if he is able to perform some better here and bring back Barcelona on good position surely It's going to help them in near future and their better settlement about off the field issues as well.

Aubameyang was very good, but recently he was not playing good and also having many issues with Arsenal management which bring good for Barcelona.

Aubameyang's performance has declined in recent seasons. He is no longer young to be a sticker in the Premier League which we know is one of the best leagues right now. Auba has also only played 14 games for Arsenal this season, so 4 goals isn't a bad statistic in my opinion considering the team was in a slump at the start of the season even though Arsenal are back in good form.

Lalila's caste is certainly below the Premier League, so that will help Aubameyang achieve his good form at Barcelona alongside several players who have speed like Dembele and others. The arrival of Auba to Barcelona is certainly a good choice for Xavi to overcome the problem of his difficulty in scoring goals this season. So I hope Auba can bring good changes for Barcelona. Auba's first match will be vs Atletico Madrid, if possible. But it will be good for him.

Regardless, Barcelona's new-look attack looks promising, even if it does not have a single star player. None of the players are world-class; they're all average. We know what their boundaries are, so they didn't sign anything good. As a result, I worried whether or not they would be sharp on the field. While they look good, I don't think they're going to beat the Barcelona of 2004. However, I wish they would get back on track again very soon.
