I don't think it will give a big advantage for Bilbao. Real Madrid is an experienced team to play in the highest competition in football and they are very familiar with the pressure in each match. You can expect a win for Real Madrid in that game because I'm sure Real Madrid will be the favorites to win it. Real Madrid have a number of players who can give this team a chance to win more games than any other team in Laliga. Benzema, Vinicius and many others could be good options for Ancelotti this season to win the title.

After Barcelona and Atletico Madrid lost their best form this season then there is no doubt for Real Madrid to win more domestic titles. Copa Del Rey, Laliga will most likely be theirs this season. From 9th+ or worse to having 2 game win streak possibility of 3rd is an improvement in my book.

Yes, the tiki taka game that they played again only made them superior in ball possession. But as for finishing, they will be tough now, not like they used to be in their heyday.
