Yes, they now have very young talented players like Ansu Fati or Gavibut at the same time, they need experienced players to control the game.

When I watched them play,I saw a very good team that Barcelona will have in a year or two years to come.

Yes exactly. they are now rebuilding their team again, from all elements. But as you said, this will not be easy and will not be instant. There needs more time to prepare this club-ready again and be better again to come up as one of the most favorite clubs in Spain, like before, with its glory of El Classico (I really miss this).
But, we also don't know what will happen again to Barcelone in the next season, whether they can really come up again with better performance or get worse because of their intern problms(many problems that are not solved yet, especially it is regarding to the finance).

However, it cannot be denied. Building a team with limitations is not easy to do. Limited funds are one of the main factors why you say that. Player motivation is hard to come by, they are currently playing just like dropping out of duty. If they want to leave immediately, then don't go into debt but find new investors for this big club. The match will be tough. But, I think Barcelona is the favorite here because it is their home match, and they have no intention of losing. Moreover, Barcelona didn't lost any of their last 5 La Liga matches. The most interesting part is that Barcelona are currently 1 point behind Atletico Madrid on the standings, which means Barca probably have to win in order to silde up the table. Although, Atletico Madrid might be having a bad shape, but I think they will struggle not to lose also. However, my prediction on the game is BTTS.
