Prior to this game between Valencia and Sevilla, the host had back to back losses, and getting a win here could be a difficult one for them to achieve.
Sevilla on the other side, are second place holders with ten points clear third place Real betis, also five points between below real Madrid, can they get a win ?
Not certain about that, seems to be a possible draw, statistics shows how Valencia has been with cards having the highest card's in la Liga....Look outs should be on Lucas Ocampus to score.
Obviously it was a head to head result with Sevilla domination and also, if we consider with the results so far this season Sevilla are still promising a win rather than a draw. Sevilla itself is still the second best team when playing away, it can be a strong motivation for them to continue trailing Real Madrid at the top of the standings. Several times Valencia have lost and drawn when they played at home against mediocre teams and with that, I believe Valencia is not strong enough to hold Sevilla this time, so I personally believe that Sevilla will win here.

Sevilla plays with such tactics, it is difficult to win against them. Valencia has lost their previous two matches against Espanyol and Real Madrid. So in today's match they will want to share the points. But Sevilla are an experienced team. They know how to win even against defensive tactics. Moreover, Sevilla has no record of losing points in the last 5 matches against Valencia. They have won 5 matches. Maybe they will continue their winning streak.

Valencia is not really as stronger can stop Sevilla domination and I think will make more competitive for La Liga and Real Madrid if success get three points, although Sevilla not lucky on Copa del Rey after defeating by Real Betis I think they have different motivation playing on La Liga than Copa del Rey. Beside Valencia is not really favorite team to win because last two match before on La Liga never win two games and have defeated by Real Madrid with bigger score 1-4 and loss from Espanyol 1-2. Right now Valencia have drop position standing until 10th position and not enough how to stop good performance showed by Sevilla last several match in La Liga. But I am Real Madrid fans want really hope on Valencia how more motivate to defeat Sevilla and give close step for Real Madrid with La Liga trophy in this year.

If you are following Real Madrid updates, you must know that they have started to regenerate those old players since the previous season. You know that Real Madrid prefers to buy young players such as Vinicius, Rodrygo, Ceballos, Valverde, Militao, and Militao. This indicates that they prepared to regenerate their squad with young generations.
True, Madrid started to do it but maybe all those players never matched his senior quality at Real Madrid. There will be a difference we can probably feel about this successor, but Madrid have more time to do it without fault.

However, it won't happen instantly, they still need some old players to support them. That's why they still buy an old CB like Alaba and keep old players who still perform well. Also, an ambition of signing Haaland and Mbappe (top young CF) is a clear indication that Real Madrid management to prepare their attacking line for the long term. Of course, Real Madrid won't experience the same thing as Barcelona because they already started/prepared it a few years ago.
Real Madrid's CB position still needs some additions especially since some of their CB players are quite old. Alaba is already 29 years old, nor has he been able to stay fit throughout the season although Militao can help. In addition, LB Marcelo must also be considered, he is 33 years old but Mendy is quite worthy to replace him. In the CF position, Madrid really need to find a replacement for Benzema and maybe Haaland and Mbappe will be good for them to rush in this transfer market and next season.

Some many neutral fans want Sevilla to win Valencia to keep the pace with Real Madrid but I don't think they are good enough to compete with Madrid for majority of the season, since Barca drop I think Laliga won't no be competitive for  long time, because they are the real rivals. An is affecting the league.
You are right about that. But Real Madrid also have to be careful because the difference in points with Sevilla is very close, moreover Sevilla have 1 game remaining which if they win, their points will be reduced to 2. I personally still support Real Madrid to win the La Liga title this season. And I hope these two teams play consistently until the end of the season.

It's nice to see the competition between Real Madrid and Barcelona, because the rivalry between the two teams is indeed the attraction of La Liga.
But this season has been a little different and disappointing for some people, as Barcelona and Atletico's performances have dropped considerably.
So this season Real Madrid's strongest competitor is Sevilla, which is a bit of a surprise. No one expected Sevilla to play extraordinary this season,
but for Sevilla to be winners of the La Liga trophy I highly doubt it. Sevilla don't have the mental strength to be champions, so it's likely that Sevilla
will start dropping a lot of points towards the end of the season. So like most people, I would predict Real Madrid will be the winner of the La Liga
trophy this season.

The change of coach was able to lift Real Madrid's current performance, although at first Madrid was inconsistent but slowly ancelotti managed to make Madrid strong again.

Double winner? I think even madrid still have a chance to win the treble winner this season, although it is difficult but it does not rule out the possibility if madrid can repeat what barcelona did in the 2008/09 season.
I agree with what you say, they are currently in a pretty good form and I'm happy with that because it's been a long time since I've seen Madrid have such a big chance to win a lot of titles.
on the other hand they now have one title, it's just a matter of looking at their performance in CDR, La Liga and UCL.
For La Liga they are still sitting in the first position, for CDR they will only face Elche later. just waiting for the Big Match at UCL actually
Madrid opportunity to win all domestic trophies is certainly wide open, provided that Madrid can be consistent until the end of the season, with only Sevilla as competitors, of course, Madrid has a great chance of locking the La Liga trophy, as well as the Copa de Rey, of course with Madrid current performance you could say if Elche is not a too tough opponent for Madrid later, maybe Madrid journey will only be difficult enough to win the Champions League trophy, considering the Champions League has stiff competition from big European teams, but it is possible if they can still win the trophy if  madrid can beat PSG in the round of 16.

Although Madrid have bigger chance to lock La Liga trophy I think too early trough still running 21 games and still left 17 games later, but depend how Madrid keep consistent performance exactly trough next month when Madrid busy with champion league how they can keep consistent and not forget with domestic league. Sevilla as the only one competitor for Madrid right now left five points from Madrid and have one match more I think if Sevilla can consistent give chance to get trophy for the first time. Maybe need waiting several match later to know which one between Sevilla and Real Madrid keep consistent performance and always take three points on every games.

Like Barcelona, Real Madrid also needs to prepare commensurate players to replace aging players such as Kroos, Modric, Benzema, Marcelo, Nacho and many other players who are almost 30 years old. When all these old players retire or leave the club, the quality of Real Madrid will definitely be affected because they are by far the biggest contributor to Real Madrid. So Real Madrid must be prepared to find a replacement if they don't want to be like Barcelona now.

It was really a wonderful job by Real Madrid as they defeated Athletic Bilbao by 2-0 and won the Copa del Rey title. They played against the last champion of the tournament but they still toppled them by a good performance. I don't mean that Athletic Bilbao were bad as they did well too. But it was still not enough for them to score even one goal unfortunately. I appreciate Real Madrid about their achievement and this is their first title of the season also.

It went as expected. Madrid has been the best team in the La Liga this season and they performed really well in the champions league as well (15 group stage points out of a possible 18) - compared to Barcelona that got eliminated to the Europa league  Cheesy

Well-deserved win although that red card was a bit too harsh for Eder Militao even though Bilbao still missed the penalty. I must admit though - I like how Carlo Ancelotti has impacted this team so far. top of the league with one trophy already in the bag.

Same with you I still believe Sevilla can overcome Valencia even if Sevilla have to play away currently Sevilla is a challenger for Real Madrid while other clubs are not a problem
Yes exactly, Sevilla still has higher chance to win with their line-up right ow. Except that some of their best or main players are quarantined. But hopefully this will not happen and all players can play maximally.
I don't underestimate Valencia, but we can see from the previous performance of each player and the previous matches, Sevilla is better than Valencia.

You think Barcelona was the key team the kept the competition in the laliga booming I wouldn't agree to that though. The Spanish laliga has always been competitive although Barcelona has been a key contributor but not the only team with good players. For this season the laliga has seen it's worst competitiveness it seems Real Maldrid has all the Glory tied to them this why most fans wish to see Sevilla win Valencia so as to add some color to the leagues competitive strength

Of course Real Madrid have to think about that immediately. Modric is old but I was impressed with his game against Athletic Club. He looks effectively playing the role of an attack organizer. He was able to make one goal quite beautiful. Maybe Anceloti should immediately look for a comparable replacement, then provide the opportunity to play even with limited minutes. This is so that the transition period if Modric retires madrid is still going well.

Remember, Barcelona had a higher probability of winning than Granada last week but in the end the match ended in a draw. So even though Sevilla are ahead in this match, there is no guarantee that one of them will win in this match.

Sevilla have good form so far in Laliga so they might be favorites in this match but Valencia are also not an easy team to beat so Sevilla of course have to be careful with them because winning is not about how the probabilities are determined but how the team can create a lot of chances and score a goal.
Just because one team that was favorites ended up not winning doesn't mean that all the teams who are favorites will end up losing. By that logic Real Madrid would have been at the bottom of the table. Favorites of a game usually ends up winning their games, 50%+ of the time favorites win.

The trouble is that favorites usually do not get 2.00 odds, they get less and that is why if you kept on gambling on Real Madrid every single time, you will end up losing money. This is why Sevilla still has a better chance, but doesn't mean that it will be a good bet in the end, because the odds shows that it doesn't even worth wagering on them with these kinds of odds.

Betis are hosting Alaves right now and they are already 1-0 ahead with a goal scored in the eleventh minute of the match. Betis haven't had any win in the La Liga for three weeks so this is an extra important match for them. They are aiming an absolute and clear victory here and they can get what they want as it seems. Because I don't see Alaves as a so durable team in this league. Even if they score one goal, Betis would still defeat them by one or two goals.

You are right. Barcelona released their star players before making the right replacements, now they are fighting for stability. Real Madrid should learn from these mistakes. They have not yet received a proper replacement for Benzema. But they are trying to bring Haaland or Mbappe to the team.

I hope Madrid won't be like Barcelona. I haven't heard of Madrid today experiencing a lack of funds. I hope the Madrid management is able to manage everything so that they stay healthy and can compete in the league and UCL. This year may be an easier year for the Liga as Barcelona are weaker. So this is an opportunity for Madrid to win the Liga title. Maybe Madrid need to immediately prepare options for their old players. Maybe if they want Haaland or Mbappe that's not right, they better look for a replacement for Luca Modric because he's very old, although he's still good this season.
Barcelona let go of their star players or key players due to the deteriorating financial situation, so Barcelona had no other option but a sudden decision to make at that time. You can't compare it to Madrid, which is still relatively safe in terms of finances, so it will be easier for them to prepare everything to keep the team solid.
That's right, Barcelona are very difficult on their finances and have been in enough debt before which resulted in them inevitably having to sell their key players and disrupting the team's performance.
for real madrid themselves they are still very safe in terms of finance, I think regardless of what they are called in the los galacticos era which does reflect their wealth.

I'm also one of the people who are waiting for the Valencia - Sevilla game in a day. Sevilla are the favourite team in this game by bookmakers now. But the difference between the odds of these teams is not very wide. Sevilla are still in a solid shape and maintain their claim for the lead. In their absent game, they will need to make a much bigger effort to be able to defeat a team like Valencia in an away game. Valencia are also powerful and unpredictable. They'd like to catch their competitor by surprise but they may not be successful.

Sevilla looks as favorite but I'm not sure they are going to win Valencia.
I have placed bets on Valencia to win any of the half... I'm certain they'll play this.
Sevilla needs to loss, once in a while you have to think outta the box towing bets.
