The match between Barcelona and Atletico Madrid is a match worth looking forward to. As the host, I think Barcelona will do their best to chase the win, so I predict Barcelona will win by 1 goal difference.

In the previous match Atletico could win 2-0 and even more painfully, Suarez, who was sacked in the Koeman era, contributed one goal against Barcelona. Also, even though yesterday Barcelona won I will still doubt it even though tomorrow against Atletico Barcelona play at home, I personally still believe Atletico will win or maybe draw. But if Barcelona win I personally believe they are still difficult to be consistent and they will only fight for 4th place, because I believe Madrid, Sevilla and Betis will be able to maintain their position.

I wouldn't need to worry about Real Madrid, they have a B team that is almost as good as the bottom half of the La Liga.
Plus, Covid showed us the big teams like Real Madrid have no problems in calling for postponements, we already saw before the winter break that they easily made applications for exemptions and games got postponed.
So the rest will almost be good for them, except that of course it creates congestion later on.

the competition schedule is too tight, this makes teams with star players certainly experience problems. The lack of player rest time is the main reason why many players will miss the first match after defending their country.
but this problem is not only Madrid's but it must also be seen fairly for all clubs.

I think this is something which is always causing a lot of teams headaches. And teams always have to think about how to properly rotate players and give them the proper rest that they need. This also creates a chance for the other players to play for the team and make a name out of it.

But when it comes to the big stage then it is certainly a problem. And almost all the teams are going to face this type of problem, not only Real Madrid.

Indeed, it is a good full point for Barcelona but Barcelona should be able to win easily in that match, considering the opponents they face are only teams that are in the relegation zone. Still doubtful for Barcelona when against other top teams later but even so indeed, Barcelona are slowly recovering and they can still struggle to get at least a point when against the tougher ones later. About Atletico I think it's clear, they still have a high winning mentality, it's not easy to win in that way, moreover the opponent is not a weak team because Valencia are one of the big teams in La Liga.

The Real Madrids are seem relaxing this time around. Few weeks ago, they were decently leading and we're comfortable. But their last three results looking like red, green and yellow (lose, win and draw) has a negative impact on them.
I think they will no longer be comfortable.
Betis are given Real Madrid a nice chase, Sevilla is very much hopeful too.
Even ATM and Barcelona has an outstanding match.

It's bad, several times Madrid struggled against the bottom teams. I wonder if they underestimate Elche too much? Against Cadiz they were only able to draw. Then in the Copa Del Rey they won 1-2 against Elche. Yesterday they were only able to draw, even trailing 2-0 first. Ancleti seems to have to immediately improve the mentality of his players to keep playing seriously against any team. In this season they always perform superior when against big teams, but it is lost and inversely proportional if against the bottom team.

You are right here nothing is special as we are watching some dramatically changes happening in Spanish League table with very bad performance from few teams like Atletico Madrid, Real Sociedad and Royal Vallecano these all were handling top ranks but now struggling badly and staying at respectively 4, 6 and 8 which giving Barcelona good advantage for having their position into top 4 which is now possible as now they are top in form with having 11 points from last 5 matches and all others struggling specially now leaders are also having just 8 points and second spot holder are having 9 points so suddenly all things opening, and we can watch some more changes in coming weeks as Real Madrid are also going to face PSG in their first match of knock out stage in Champions League.
