To tell the truth, I was waiting for Sevilla to become victorious in this game. But Barcelona interestingly overwhelmed the game in the first and second half both. And after Sevilla got a red card in the 64th minute, things started being much harder for them. They should be thankful for being able to manage to maintain a 1-1 score until the end. I haven't seen Barcelona this willing to win for a while. It is a good sign about them.

I agree that this is still not a bad score for Barcelona. But they should be unhappy about not being able to benefit from Sevilla's playing with ten players for around half an hour. Sevilla resisted them very well which deserves to be appreciated much. Sevilla wasted a big opportunity to decrease the point difference with Real Madrid to 3 too but it is still 5 now. As long as they fight till the end, they could have a chance for the lead.

Great, Barcelona can dominate the match for 90 minutes but unfortunately, winning the number of players still can not make Barcelona get full points. Indeed, nothing is bad with 1 point but with poor play and finishing it is Barcelona's main problem at the moment. The league break at the end of the year might give good results later for Barcelona, because after all Barcelona still have hope of being able to finish in the top 4 at the end of the season.

The first half was in control of Barcelona even though they conceded first. And it seems like Sevilla have made a better start to the second half now. It is good to see them being very eager to win also finally. This can make the game even more competitive now. But I don't think that Barcelona will be losing this game. The odds of both teams were already so close to each other before the game started. I think this shows that Barcelona won't lose.
Sevilla had an opportunity. They also took the lead with Gomez's goal. If Barcelona had not scored with Araujo, the second half could have been better for them. Especially after Kounde's red card, Barcelona increased their attack. They tried hard to find the second goal against Sevilla, who was missing, but it wasn't enough. What I see in this Barca side is the fact that they can create so many chances from the midfield,may it's because the coach was a midfielder and a good passer of the ball then,but the ability to convert their chances is the only problem they have now,and that is where they need to sign a sharp young and vibrant 9 that will finish their passes and convert it to goals.
I already guess it with a draw but unfortunately not bet ! Barcelona maybe difficult to win but Xavi can defend his team with a draw ,for Sevilla ah bad day ! It was a fantastic game and a massive performance from the Barcelona players. I think the team is getting better everyday. To be honest Barcelona is improving and the second half of the season will be on fire if they continue playing like they played yesterday. I’ll take a tie on this one. But this will not be the norm, Barcelona will slowly improve and become top contenders, and eventually win more and more games that will draw them closer to the top 3 position. Barca really played well against Sevilla despite not being able to find the winning goal. If they can keep up this way consistently they are definitely gonna come good in time. Dembele too is coming good gradually under Xavi. I only wish he could remain injury free and fit to some real football like he did yesterday.
I thought that was a good draw. It was an excellent performance from Barcelona. The Catalans deserve to win, it was a draw, but we can already see Xavi working with the team, so I see more positive outcomes. They played with more confidence today than they did before, at least a little bit. Many people were expecting Sevilla to win easily, but that wasn't the case. If Barca had all their players we would have beaten them by a wide margin. Currently, they need a striker and a defender, so hopefully they can find them when the transfer window opens.

Under Xavi so far with just six games to his name, Barcelona have lost just once. Barcelona played some really impressive football against Sevilla, regardless of the facts that they were away from home, i feel they should have gotten all three points if they had not just been unlucky.
Dembele too is coming good gradually under Xavi. I only wish he could remain injury free and fit to some real football like he did yesterday.
Without the injury troubles Dembele is a phenomenal player and he showed to all today the reason why Barcelona should extend his contract. if Xavi plays him and Ansu on the flanks, with a few addition to the team upfront in attack and in defence when the transfer window opens, Barcelona will be Barcelona again without Messi.

Under Xavi's leadership, Barcelona's strategy is slowly stabilizing. But you need a good striker to score. Which Barcelona does not have. No matter how good the strategy is, it is very difficult to score a goal if the striker is not talented. Although Barcelona was happy to draw the match, Sevilla needed 3 points in this match. They are 5 points behind Real Madrid.
