Good news if this really happens. Zidane has long-term thinking, Alaba's young age he is a major player in Munich. Reportedly he is in demand by Barca and City as well. I think he has a chance to be a substitute / coating for Ramos or play together. Meanwhile the ramos contract expires at the end of this season but I hope this doesn't happen (the Ramos are leaving in the near future). Ramos is still a mainstay of Madrid. Alaba plays the original left-back position but when in Munich he played a lot at center-back and even played as a defensive midfielder.

not a bad result for current Barca but ahead will be matches with more serious teams than bottom Huesca. this Barca squad doesn't impress and this year they could forget about winning spanish La Liga.

I must say, I'm glad they won as expected because, they are part of an accumulated bet I took but then, I kind of hoped for them to score more goals. Barcelona is not that sort of team that relies on a single goal to make a difference and win the game. I was a bit shaky to watch the game end. They've just got to do better this year.

Didn't had any bet on Atletico Madrid because I was obviously scared of a draw and it really seemed like a draw at some point untill Luis Suarez did what he knows how to do best and that is, scoring the winning goal. Atletico has got a strong claim to the Laliga title this season.

Second away win in a row, clean sheet - not bad result for current Barca. But honestly, I expected for something more because our opponents today was last team in the league. Yeah, we dominated the game, but 0:1 score is very tricky and it keep us in tension until final minutes. But win is win and we are slowly getting closer to Top 4.

If you talked about the old Barcelona I would agree, but not the current Barcelona. These days they can dominate the match and just score only 1 goal or even draw. So the stats of how many shots they have had means nothing. That killer instinct in front of goal isn't there anymore. Maybe they could try looking for much better strikers and forget about the jokers like Braithwaite and Griezmann. Both of them don't look like they can score 20+ goals a season in Barcelona shirts.

Another game from Barcelona when they have a lot of chances and yet they score only once against Huesca who is a team who fill fight to avoid relegation this season. As an extra plus from last week is the fact that they're playing much better on the midfield and De Jong is finally used on the proper way that he can pass to Messi on a clear way.

Maybe in the end Koeman will do something out of nothing at Barcelona but I still have my doubts but this 3 points taken today it might bring them back to title fighting if they win against ATL Madrid and Real this year.

The first half ended with just 1 goal and messi was very close to score the second goal from a free kick...i think barcelona will be able to score at least 1 other goal because they totally dominate the first half with 73% possession and 13 goal attepts

Barcelona completely dominated the first 45 minutes of the game, they are ahead through De Jong's goal, I don't think there's anyway Barcelona won't win the game, they probably will score one or two more goals, if they're able to continually create chances like they did in the first half.

Barcelona is now leading 0-1, but that does not say everything. They have been that before and then it went completely wrong.
Maybe they can start well this year with a nice victory, then they still have to score a few more goals.

Look at Manchester United for example, I do resemble their situation, United was one of the biggest clubs in all of football, and they are still making one of the most money as well, they had a good team and the best manager anyone can dream of, in the end all fell apart and they became a bit bad, but they recovered and now they are good again.

Barcelona may not be doing great, but they have a system and established club, so they are going to end up being good again later on. They just need time and I think it will not be perfect for a few more seasons, but after that and specially after Messi is gone, they are going to try to build another marvel team with youngsters and the money they keep getting.

It might just be coincidence but Barcelona and real Madrid wins after any of them that plays first wins. Even if not so Barcelona will win huesca , but if they still think they can win the LA Liga then they must win, as now the Spanish leaders atletico Madrid are winning alaves by one goal, and its past the 80th minutes, atletico has to be serious with there games than real Madrid And Barcelona games if they continue to win then they will lift the LA liga and if the former champions lose it an added advantage

Interesting scenes in La liga this season and for some reasons i enjoy watching Barcelona struggling, as i do state, sacking Valverde is the biggest mistake the Barcelona board has made this season, they simply sacked a manager that got Barcelona ticking with ageing players, now they have Koeman who is unsure who deserves to play or not, or who to use. Its a roller coaster event at Barcelona. Hopefully Atletico Madrid wraps up the title soon enough.
