It's official Leo Messi ruled out the game against Eibar on December 29th. Eibar is one of his favorite opponent and for Messi in LaLiga he could easily grab his first hat-trick for 2020/21. BTW! I wish him for quick recovery on his ankle injury.

I never heard anything about Ramos, does he have a problem with the Club as well? We know about Messi, he had a problem with the president, now that president is gone I don't know whats going to happen but he was adamant about leaving, and he even had talks with City as well, which would have been awesome to see, City is already a great team and with Messi they would have been fighting with Liverpool for the top spot and made Premier League so much more fun.

However I never heard anything about Ramos, is he unhappy with the club as well? Does he want to leave as well? If that Is the case that would be a news to me, I didn't know that. I think Ramos could do anything, it Is a new info to me, but Messi looks like he may stay now that the president is gone, his problem was with the office and now that office changed, I think he may decide to stay instead.

I agree with you, it is best that Messi and Ramos move out of La Liga. Because both of them deserve a new challenge, and provide opportunities
for young players at Barcelona and Real Madrid. After all, both have entered an old age, it must be admitted that his game was not as good as
the years before. And also both of them have sizable salaries, by releasing Messi and Ramos could at least reduce the burden on the club.
I hope that won't happen to Messi and Barcelona. The presence of Messi in the team is not a barrier for other talented players to show their talents to the world. As always, Messi's presence in the team has given talented young players quality mentors and they have plenty of time to learn. So I think Messi is not just a player on the team, but his presence makes the team even more excited. Likewise with Ramos at Real Madrid.

Still not have any confirmation will Messi, Ramos and many bigger player in La Liga the contract is over and not have any extended from their club, I think Messi and Ramos become the icon for La Liga and give bad reputation if both player move to other club from La Liga, have any serious close to both player Messi and Ramos how to make them keep become Barcelona player for Messi and Real Madrid team for Ramos, if both player try to other league maybe not make La Liga looks interested again after loss Cristiano Ronaldo before.
I would be happy if Messi and Ramos move to another league. Both are very talented players in their own position. I think they can adapt to any team. But losing these two players would further weaken the power of Barcelona and Real Madrid. That's what I want. If they play another club, then La Liga will be more competitive.

It seems that we have finally learned the secret of Real's recovery and better results in the last few games  Grin
According to this article in Marca, https://www.marca.com/en/football/real-madrid/2020/12/26/5fe71a6346163f85808b45dc.html the secret seems to be that Zidane started listening to the advice of his main players, Sergio Ramos, Luka Modric, Karim Benzema and Casemiro.
At another club it would be the beginning of chaos but at Real it seems to be working right now.
Zidane is a real football strategist, he was great when playing and IMHO he is even greater as a coach. Listening is an art that very few people exercise these days and that is the most important thing to do when we need to take rational decisions.
Well done, Zinedine Wink
The concept of "listening to the players 'opinion" from "following the players 'instructions" is slightly different Wink When the head coach has no authority, and the whole game is based on the opinion of the leading players, then in the end it can lead to disaster, because the head coach should be the last authority making the decision, not the players. But all this does not apply to Zidane, who has already earned an unquestionable authority throughout his previous career as a player and who can influence any player with his authority, while listening to the opinion of his subordinates.
Of course, those two listening typologies are completely different like you correctly explained. We agree that the stupid one does not apply to Zidane, he has built such a great authority throughout is manager career that he understands when the time is right to sit back and talk with his players. Other managers would have been eaten alive already.

Except for Casemiro, the other 3 are senior plays who have spent a great deal of years at the club and gone through different coaches, so it would be understandable to chip in their pieces of advice to the coach though I have doubts Zidane will stay longer at Real Madrid. He's not being given what he wants especially the players he wants to sign like Pogba.

Zidane is a football legend and has also achieved great results with Real as a coach.
He certainly has a lot more credit than many other Real coaches in the past so I don't think his coaching position is compromised.
Taking advice from players are also a sign of his greatness rather than weakness.
Sometimes management can't meet all the coach's requirements and that's normal.

Barcelona are going to play a home match against Eibar next Tuesday. They have had a really good performance recently. They haven't lost in the league for 4 matches. They got 3 wins and 1 draw. The players have started playing more focused and hungry for win. Eibar have had a really bad form lately. They haven't won a game for 4 matches. I think that Barcelona will continue their series and win this match easily.

It seems that Barcelona has returned to their best performance, and it is likely that this trend will continue because if we look at history, Eibar has never won against Barcelona. Even in their last match, Barcelona can win the match easily with a score of 5-0.

Well depending from the rhythm of the matches, the national and international ones for both Real Madrid and national teams, players may become exhausted and rotation might be necessary to avoid injuries. Anyway, they know what they should do and it is good to see them getting good results again Smiley

Barcelona has a decent number of young talent, either grown from the team itself or bought from outside, but the older generation makes them miss games with age, remember that period between 2008 and 2012? Those were the years Barcelona was the best team in the world, and even though that is a great situation, if you were an 18-19 year old kid on early days you would be 22-23 by the end, and not play a single A team game as well, was harder.

Same logic here, players like Ansu Fati, Pedri, de jong and so forth are all young, but there are also players like busquets and messi and alba and so forth who are 30+ years old that takes up roster spot which makes younger players not get enough minutes. I am sure even messi and co retires in the end, we are going to have a great Barcelona and never will drop too much, thanks to young players they raised and transferred.
Replacing everyone will not work in any case. Barcelona has talented players, but they are unlikely to be able to replace Busquets, Messi or Pique now or in a year. Barcelona has not yet been able to find replacements for Inieste and Xavi, although quite a long time has passed. The decline will be logical. It will take a long time to work and be patient to regain the great Barcelona. Can the fans survive the long period without trophies?

Although Real is just gaining shape and at the end of the season, everything may change.
It is matchday 15, there are still many matches remaining till the end of the season, surely everything cannot be predictable. Real and Atletico are leading the table now, but who knows in the next few weeks/months. Every cub performance may change anytime. If they cannot keep their good form, there is a chance for them to fall down, for example Real Sociedad.

Almost team get difficulty at this moment on January until February because they have many match and exactly for champion league team, they will faced moment where have to make all player keep fighting with many game in a week, maybe will make clubs on the top position league right now have any other player and January window transfer opening which one club get new player, although pandemic crisis make many clubs not have any income from supporter and try good way how to make keep effective to get winner in domestic league or champion league.

It seems that Atlético and Simione have seriously decided to fight for the championship this season. Barcelona looks weak this season and Real Madrid with Atlético have already made a handicap from third place (Atletico has two more unplayed games). Although Real is just gaining shape and at the end of the season, everything may change.
The gap is getting bigger and Barca is kinda out of the race regarding the actual performance and without Messi (if ever there was a surprise mid-season) it may become harder for them. Anyway everything is possible and a comeback isn't 100% excluded
Now ATM is doing well, Real Madrid managed to improve quite well too, it will be intense this season between them Wink
