Special thanks to Messi and Ronaldo owing to whom, this league is now watched in over 130 countries across the globe.

Before the iconic duo of Messi and Ronaldo, the Spanish league had been producing the very best players in European football. But there has always been a gap between the top teams and the others, in the premier league that gap was very thin (Liverpool and Manchester City are widening it).

Finances is one of the top reason for the Spanish dominance by top teams, much of the revenue goes to the big clubs, while in the premier league it's more evenly distributed and mid table teams have huge purchasing power.
The Premier League is the only league that that actually shares the revenue equally among the clubs. This is some of the reasons why their league aren't really that competitive with just two or three teams always dominating.

Did I head Granada's name as one of the top team of LaLiga!!
For your information Granada is promoted team this season which means they were playing second-tier league last season. LaLiga is not at all boring, just look at table table and compare it with last season, you will see the difference. Almost all 20 teams have potential to beat each other. Barcelona already suffered two defeats which shows no one in LaLiga is invincible.
This season, Laliga and Budesliga both are going to be very competitive and exciting. But on the down side, Premier League is not as exciting as last season. Liverpool is too strong to handle for other PL teams.

If you are talking about La Liga being boring with few teams repeatedly contending for the top spot like Barca and Real Madrid then you might give it a try visiting the other European leagues like the French Liqui 1, the Italian League and some others. Historically, I guess EPL have the best numbers of very competitive teams.

But still Europe has the best soccer games and events since apart from FIFA since we have UEFA Champions League and UEFA Euro. Also there are many qualifying games in between leagues.

That's what I am saying. PSG has clear dominance in French League, Bayern always top Bundesliga, Juventus is winning Serie A from last 7 years and counting. These leagues are hardly competitive at all. La Liga if not the best league in Europe is surely the second best after Premier League. Special thanks to Messi and Ronaldo owing to whom, this league is now watched in over 130 countries across the globe.

That's how La Liga is every season.
Real Madrid, Barcelona, Atl Madrid, Granada. This is a club that competes in the Spanish league and is the winner of every season. Granada just added it, the rest they will change with other teams.

It's boring la league, for the Champions League also they can not be predicted to become champions. But it can always pass in the big 16 or 8 big.

I hope that Granada will continue it`s conservative play this Friday and beat Osasuna with a clean sheet.
It is very important to stay in the Champions League zone for motivation reasons.
Yes, they don`t have so big promo campaign through the Europe like Barca or Real do, but it is a time for a smaller clubs like Granada, Famalicao (Portuagal), Atalanta (Italy) etc to become more famous.

Despite he's indisputable talents, Dembele just keep showing that he can't be relied upon, too unstable for my liking. But I think he did a better job on the left flank than Griezmann would normally do on that wing. I also think the red card to Araujo was a bit harsh, it was a 50/50 side to side challenge.

Cos he's still too young.  He should've played at the EPL if he wanted a level higher and allowed himself to develop more.

Anyway that didn't take long...  La Liga table is at it should be.  Every club besides Real, Barca, Atletico just fighting for fourth.  Lol.  I feel Sevilla takes it.

Perhaps, you're right. If he had played in the EPL he probably would have had to let go of those childish antics he displays regularly. I really hooe he doesn't just throw away his career with those careless act.

I think the fight for the 4th position might be tough battle yet again this season, just like it was last season.

It's not totally true that England actually has a lot team competing for the league title for the past 15 years only 4 different teams have won the league, there are only competitive fixtures due to the huge amount being invested in to league even by relatively smaller teams.
Yes, 4 different teams in the past 15 years are Chelsea, Manchester City, Manchester United, Leicester City.
Some say Laliga is boring, in terms of play, competition between teams and the atmosphere of the stadium. But that's for those who don't like Laliga, those Who prefer games that involve a lot of physicality and speed then they definitely like the EPL.

With Real Madrid it seems that Florentino Perez is interfering with the technical aspects of the club too much instead on focusing on the financial and player acquisition. Zidane isn't getting the freedom that he truly needs to remake the club according to the way he wants it. But with Valverde it seems there is a problem with his relationship with the players since their are reports that the players have too much power at the club.

Regardless of what the reason is, both of them need to find a solution or else they'll sink further. I don't doubt they can win the league even if they're not perfect but to achieve something like City or Liverpool did last year, is almost impossible.

Getting 100 points or 90 points per season is not an easy task, and you can't achieve that if you lose five times or more per season.

I don't agree with you on league part. Both Barcelona and Real have now find their rhythm in league and moved up to top 2 positions. Real hasn't lost a single game so far and Barcelona with fit Messi looking good too. So even if not 90-100 points, both of them have potential to win league this season with 80-90 points.
However, to win Champions League, both of them are looking quite weak at the moment. Barcelona has somehow managed to get 4 points in first two games but there are lot of vulnerabilities in their playing style especially defence. So both of them have to improve radically or they will fail once again in quarters or semis this season too.

I think that La Liga is so easy that almost always is won by Real and Barcelona with very few years the winner being a different team which means that their major focus is on Champions League first and then in the local Championship. However it would be tough for both of them to win the Champions this year as other teams looking better with Psg great win over Real to name one.

It's Marcelo mate, not barcelona or marcelona.

That was a terrible typo. Or was it?

Therefore manager must pay attention to it at least have an equal reserve player, these players are also getting older and cannot be relied on in the future
If there is no action then Madrid cannot compete with Barcelona.

Both Barca & Madrid are bad with regeneration. Their manager is not the only one who's responsible for that. You should blame the boards if they don't want to hire or buy young players. Manager are always under pressure because they needed to deliver something and in that position, it's risky for them to use young players. Except of course, they bought a player like De Light with million of dollars.

also in the back line looks weak, the coach must pay attention to this one
Real without Sergio Ramos looks like a mediocre team, they can lose against any opposition. When he is fit and playing it's a whole other story. They are also without Marcelo and their first goalkeeper so all this influences the back line.

Zidane has always said that the title he's most proud of since becoming the RM head coach is the league title in 2016/2017, leaving behind the 3 consecutive Champions League trophies. I think he rates La Liga a bit higher than the CL, that would explain why he seems more "eager" to win league matches and CL games (his subs, starting XI, and tactics are very different than what he does in the CL).
I can understand this. They seem to have a harder time proving themselves in LaLiga while destroying the competition in Europe. After 3 consecutive Champions League trophies he doesn't need to prove anything to anyone except in the Spanish league.

Looks like the only two guys that have been carrying Barcelona over the past couple of years are recovering their good form, just in time before El Clasico in about 3 weeks.

Over the past few years, Griezmann has been playing as a striker/second striker, (in Atletico and the France NT). I think he got used to that position so much that maybe he no longers feels comfortable as a winger.

Well, and just like that, the top 3 teams in La Liga are at the top of the league table, good ol' La Liga is back (: Unfortunately, though, just as Barca and Real found their good form, an international break appears out of nowhere...FML!

Suarez is really returning to incredible form, this guy keeps finding a new "renaissance" every time people think he is done. What is that famous football phrase they say in England again? Form is temporary, class is permanent? Guys like Suarez keep proving that.

Anyway, hopefully by the time El Clasico happens we are close enough to the top. I loved winning this big, but two red cards really shows we are no longer playing the football we like.

It wasn't best match for Messi, but he scored great free kick goal. And what a goal scored by Suarez!

I did not watch the Barcelobe-Sevilla match. What happened at minute 87? Both Barcelona players get Red cards. What incident happened until the two players got a card. And dimenit was also issued a yellow card, so there were two red cards and one yellow card was issued. Really makes me curious.

Araujo gets a red card for committing a violation while Dembele's second yellow card for protesting excessively
Barcelona players should not have to do it because they have won the match
