A big win from Barcelona, as previously thought.  Barcelona will win entertaining Sevila at home, and for the failure of Atm vs Valladolid to win the maximum points, Barcelona has the right to be ranked second.
But two Barcelona red cards are not expected it is another silly thing for a home match for Barcelona.  But everything looks perfect.

I did not watch the Barcelobe-Sevilla match. What happened at minute 87? Both Barcelona players get Red cards. What incident happened until the two players got a card. And dimenit was also issued a yellow card, so there were two red cards and one yellow card was issued. Really makes me curious.

It seems like Barcelona are returning to their best form. With a big win against Sevilla last night, Barcelona finally began to re-compete with their eternal rivals Real Madrid. But this is still temporary, I hope that atl Madrid can again compete with Barcelona or Real Madrid.

Despite he's indisputable talents, Dembele just keep showing that he can't be relied upon, too unstable for my liking. But I think he did a better job on the left flank than Griezmann would normally do on that wing. I also think the red card to Araujo was a bit harsh, it was a 50/50 side to side challenge.

Something interesting about Real this season compared to the last couple of years in the Champions League vs La Liga. Even when Real was bad in the domestic league, which was often the case, they were very strong and focused in the CL. But this year it seems to be the other way around. Did anyone notice that?
They didn't look like a winning team against Brugge, with the players only focusing on their own individual performances and not playing for the team. But against Granada they were very aggressive and looked determined, not giving their opponents a breather.
Not really so good in the League as yet...  What has kind of helped them is that the opposition is so shitty as well especially Barca and Atletico. I know they haven't lost any game yet but there are games Real Madrid failed to capitalize on. If Barcelona had started well as they usually do, they would be on top by now.
Look how Real almost they easily blew a 3 goal lead yesterday. The defense is so poor and we are going to see such bad scorelines through out the season (3-2, 4-2, 4-3, 2-2)

Slava Ukraini!
FT Barcelona 4:0 Sevilla.
I didn't expected such big win. It wasn't best match for Messi, but he scored great free kick goal. And what a goal scored by Suarez!
But last minutes of game left bad taste in mouth. Araujo got red card in his debut for Barca. And then Dembele got straight red card after saying something to referee. Very stupid behaviour from him...

This is going to be Real Madrid's year. They are leading the league strong on the first place with no losses so far.
They are leading just by 2 points and it means nothing at such stage of season. Yeah, they don't have loses in league so far, but some of their performances were shitty. Well, maybe after upcoming El Clasico we will see who is who.

This is going to be Real Madrid's year. They are leading the league strong on the first place with no losses so far. That's a solid performance although they've had 3 nils. Even if I think they are going to take this year's La Liga title, the team that's close and dear to my heart is Barcelona. They are now standing on the 4th place if I'm not wrong, but Messi has always been a magician and can pull off the biggest challenges.

Though match today between Barca and Sevilla. Of course I'm leaning towards Barca's victory 'cause they are playing on the Camp Nou, but I don't exclude a nil game.

Zidane has always said that the title he's most proud of since becoming the RM head coach is the league title in 2016/2017, leaving behind the 3 consecutive Champions League trophies. I think he rates La Liga a bit higher than the CL, that would explain why he seems more "eager" to win league matches and CL games (his subs, starting XI, and tactics are very different than what he does in the CL).

Anyhow, I had a parlay today which included 'Atletico to win and over 1.5', but this parlay is no more since Cagliari didn't win vs Roma in the Serie A, although even if Cagliari had won, it looks like i would've lost my bet anyways since Atletico and Valladolid are 0-0 with 20min on the clock.

Yes I know, some soccer commentators also say the same thing
it seems that Real Madrid need adjustments so they understand each other better
also in the back line looks weak, the coach must pay attention to this one

Atl Madrid, Barcelona and Real Sociedad have the opportunity to occupy second place in the Spanish league. If one of the teams I mentioned above gets a win and the other one fights or loses then that team will be behind Real Madrid or ranked 2nd. Points while the three teams above

3. Atl Madrid> 14 points
4. Barcelona> 13 Points
5. Real Sociedad> 13 Points

The number of goals greatly affects the ranking later.

Barcelona - Sevilla

Barcelona is a costant favorite in their own field against anyone, even against this very good Sevilla. Still, the Catalans defense is not in the best shape and they will certainly be vulnerable, so, Sevilla must take advantage of the hosts' problems to score and be competitive.

So, looking at the odds, my pick on this match is both teams to score @1.68
With Lionel Messi back in the squad, i will not be surprised if the Catalan side end up winning the game. With Barcelona winning five out the last six games between the two sides, a win for them with goals over 2.5 will be my bet today.

My thoughts are that tomorrow Sevilla could win against Barcelona. So odds for X2 = 2.50
Barca with the entire squad 100% fit might be too much for Sevilla. Also, Sevilla is Messi's favorite victim in La Liga (36 goals). I think BTTS and O2.5 might be the safest bet (a quick look at the recent h2h will tell you why it's safer).

That was a sure bet in the last couple of seasons, however I am bit concerned for today because Sevilla has started playing much better defense and Barca is still not firing on all cylinders. I still lean for both to score and over 2.5 but the stake will be low to medium instead of my max bet.

This week will be a good opportunity for Barcelona to move to 2nd or 3rd position. Although I know Sevila is not an easy opponent to defeat, but I am sure Barcelona will win the match.
If Atletico Madrid loses, then I think it will be better for Barcelona.

Only one game is the one I'm watching tonight and we all know that Barcelona needs to win this. Real are top of the league finally, after beating poor Granada, who beat us by the way so well done to Real, but Barca need to breathe down their neck and they better start tonight!

Odds are a bit weird too but I think this will be a nice win.

Really had to make a post on this one. Great game today by Real Madrid. I had to watch the match alongside that of my team and I loved the game play. It has improved from match against Athletico Madrid. That Bale's pass to Benzema was magical. However, Madrid got too comfortable after going 3 up and allowed 2 to slip through. This kind of these shouldn't be allowed. If faced against more stronger opponent, Say Barcelona, They would push on to either get a draw or win. Overall great game. I don't know what happened to LaLiga but the big boys are struggling and it's no longer funny.

Forgot to mention Hazard's Goal. Smiley

Real Madrid sealed an important victory against Granada at Bernabeu. Real Madrid will clash with Barcelona this month and now they need to be sharp and prepare themselves for the El-Classico. Hazard got his first-ever Laliga goals today. Benzema looks like Goal-machine and he scores his 6th League goals in this season. Modric scored a stunner and James finished the match with a bang. Real Madrid is happy to go international break with being the topper of Laliga table.

Atletico Madrid has the chance to move to the second position of Laliga table because Granada lost against R Madrid. But it won't be easy for them as Vallodolid is a decent team though only got 9 points on this season.

Barcelona has a tough task ahead as they are struggling in Laliga and would take Sevilla today. They need to perform consistently to win Laliga.

HAZAAAARRDD!!!!

Edit:  Woooow...  3 - 2 now with like 12 mins to go (+ stoppage time).  We have a match everybody...  Anybody else watching this??

Edit:  Goal Rodriguez!  4 - 2 at stoppage time.
Game yesterday was vintage Real Madrid, like the RM from 2 years ago: play really good football, have a good lead, then in the 2nd half we relax a little bit after scoring a goal, and then completely out of the blue, we're in stoppage time getting bombarded by the opponent. Thank god we have a world-class sub like Rodriguez.

The good: Modric is recovering his good form. Hazard scored a goal. Valverde is our new gem. James Rodriguez is top-class even as a sub.
The bad: our defence is still dog shit. Areola isn't as good as some people wanted us to believe. Isco is back.

My thoughts are that tomorrow Sevilla could win against Barcelona. So odds for X2 = 2.50
