It was a final and both Madrid and Barcelona gave their all. The fact that Barcelona managed to score a few goals after going behind put the pressure on Madrid players who played even more chaotically.

For the first time, Real Madrid had to swallow defeat when they were already in the final. Barcelona managed to break Real Madrid's winning streak, even Barcelona won by a landslide and played with only 10 men.
