Changing of the Barcelona's manager from Xavi to Hansi Flick may not be the only solution to Barcelona's problem currently. I can't really comment much about Hansi Flick's performance in Barcelona because of the current squad he has. Yeah. I agree with you because anybody who knows the Barcelona squad knows that Xabi really tried for the team. He trains the players in such a way that regardless of how strong a team is, they will compete with them, and still they are not that strong. If Xabi can get a very strong team like other coaches did, I believe he will take the trophy, but there are not enough players, so he manages to use them even though there is no trophy. He never put them in a bad position in the table; he always tried to be in the top 5 of many leagues he participated in.

However, if Hansi flick has the same or even more experience coaching a team than Xabi, I think Barcelona will do even more than Xabi has done for the season he spent managing the team. Further, you are right, it will be very difficult for Barcelona to compete in the champions league competitions because they are tough and strong teams that Barcelona cannot compete with, so it is better they focus on the domestic league. I believe they will do well. Also, I can include La Liga among the teams Barcelona can compete in because they were at the top 2 last season in the La Liga table, so it is possible if they put in more effort.

This financial situation is affecting Barcelona badly, it is given them strong restrictions towards signing their desired players because of lack of money, and this is also not given players chance to join the team because any player wants to win title and with the current situation Barcelona is now, I don’t think they can win any important trophy.
Nico Williams is a big player that is will actually help the team, but I don’t think they can afford him if they didn’t sell out any player, and if they have to sell I am hoping they will not risk important players just to add wingers that can help the team.

I even think maybe this dismissal has something to do with the bad relationship between Xavi and the current Barcelona president. I agree with you that if Barcelona doesn't fix their financial problems then Flick won't be able to do anything to improve the team either. It is very difficult to find a manager like Alonso who can impress with an average squad. The club management should have retained Xavi because he succeeded in making Barcelona finish in second place this season.

Felix is absolutely a really talented player. The reason why he can't find himself a place at Atletico Madrid is simply that he doesn't fit the current game plan of the team.

Simeone prefers a more defensive way of play you know. He doesn't like a fully attacking football. As Felix can't show good performances in this system it is the best for him to leave. It's very interesting to see Barcelona recent news because seems they were focusing to find new attacking players and after rumoured want to gets Nico Williams from Bilbao then recently they were linked to Leipzig player Dani Olmo and why they want him because during defend Leipzig Dani Olmo has showing good progress so that's why Barcelona considering want to gets him this summer and if i am not mistaken Dani Olmo is from Barcelona academy La Masia so he know well about Barcelona Dani Olmo himself didn't refuse this rumour but after Euro Cup ended Dani Olmo will decide whether he will be stayed at Leipzig or moved to Barcelona

According to the news it says Barcelona has been attempts to bid for Dani Olmo recently but it wasn't mentioned how much transfer fee are they offering to buy this player and actually last summer Dani Olmo has just signing new contract with Leipzig until 2027 but this rumour is appears because Dani Olmo will considering to moved from Leipzig if there is good offers from other clubs came to him and Dani Olmo has 60 million release clause into his contract i think it's not expensive if we see from his quality but the most problem is we all know Barcelona is still struggle to stabilize their financial condition and probably they won't be able to pay according to Dani Olmo release clause price

The main problem is that Atletico Madrid never wanted to keep Joao Felix because Felix felt uncomfortable with the attitude of the supporters who considered the player to be a traitor.
