This is why I still believe his exit will affect Barcelona.

One more season with xavi would have been the game changer for Barcelona and this is in my opinion anyways. I wouldn't want to undermine Flick because I believe he's an experienced coach too and has got his own potential for excellence and getting the team in the right track but I was actually really getting to love xavi and his patterns in Barcelona and so until flick proves to be better I will still continue to make mention of how better Barcelona would have been with xavi.
