Gavi is a good player for Barcelona and his return from injury is what I have been waiting for. I know he's not better than other players in his position sometimes, but he's got a strong mentality and a unique style of play. This identity is what makes me happy to see him always playing, but the long injury he suffered last season will probably make him lose his best form.

Hansi Flick must see Gavi as a good player to have in Barcelona's main line-up next season. Romeo, Ilkay Gundogan and Roberto certainly have more experience than Gavi, but in terms of energy I think Gavi is still quite good compared to them. Gavi can sometimes be decisive, it has developed well under Xavi for several seasons.

The main issue wrong with Barcelona is mainly severe long-term injuries. We have come to realized how tough the season have become and we've watched them struggle this season and previous. The board worked hand in hand to ensure they're making one of the top good decision, appointing Hansi Flick as headcoach is probably good decision.

Gavi is an important player for Barcelona, he comprises on main stats which is very essential for the growth of Barcelona. Hansi Flick is tough coach and will always worked for extreme goals because he's normally this type of coach that doesn't dissapoints but always focused on top goals.

The first good news for Flick is about the injured superstar player of Barcelona Gavi.
Gavi was having good days in Barcelona and he had good performances in the games for this team and considering his age, he couldn't have a shining future in Barcelona. But sadly he got injured hardly while he was playing for Spain during the last November, Just after that there was much news about his situation and he had to stay out for 8 to 10 months to get back in the good form again.
While now we have seen some pictures from Gavi training in the field which can show this player can get back to the field and play for Barcelona again.

Barcelona is a traditional big club in Spain so I don't expect them not to put out a good fight against Real Madrid for the Spanish La Liga title next season as well as other domestic competitions in the country but I don't think they stand a chance of winning those battles against a star-studded Real Madrid team that's unarguably the strongest club at the moment. The Real Madrid team possess the best legs that a team in the whole of Europe can boost of if you ask me.

There are some categories of pressure given to every coach in their respective clubs. The amount of pressure that is being given to a coach that has been provided with quality players will differ with the pressure that is given to a coach that has no quality players.

Again, the pressure that is given to a coach whose management has spent a lot is different from the pressure that is given to a coach whose management did not spend much.

Furthermore, the pressure that is being given to a coach that is being paid a high salary is different from a pressure given to a coach that  receives lower salary.

Finally, the pressure that is being given to a coach in high profile club is different from the pressure that is given to a coach in an average club. Here, Barcelona coach falls in almost all the categories, so it will be hard on him.

They may attempt to compete with Madrid but the odds for them having a close range competition is rare. Changing their coach means adapting to new style of play and it takes a while to be much effective on the field, during those process Madrid will be accumulating more points before Barcelona will get back to form to raise the competition. Barcelona will definitely improve, same way Madrid are also improving from their own ends.

The Barcelona management should better face the reality concerning the situation on ground, I don't really believe Xavi was the major problem here, but the finances. However, they should have kept Xavi a bit to work with they have, even with time this players in there will blend well with each other if they had left Xavi to continue, Anyway let's see what Hansi Flick have to offer, if he proves Xavi wrong and turn things around for the club and bring back Barcelona to its lost glory.

Actually, in my opinion, their problem is with funding and players, because with their poor funding problem, this might be a burden so that they don't have players who are clearly talented and I just need to polish them a little, apart from that, they currently have players who It could be said to be good, especially since some of them are still young and old, but they haven't been able to find their best point, including the young players whose bright talents haven't yet been seen. I deny the fact that Barcelona did not perform well last season. Barcelona performed well, but the truth is that it was not up to people's expectations. Barcelona ended La Liga in second position on the table, so a team that did not perform well would not end the season in second position. For other competitions, like the Champions League, they also tried their best because they made it to the quarter-finals. So, Barcelona was not really that bad last season, but the truth is that they did not play up to fans' expectations.

Barcelona really needs to sign some players so they can strengthen their squad. I believe if Barcelona can sign more talented players and add them to their squad, there will surely be a change. Let's just continue to see which players Barcelona will sign, but the truth is that they must sign good players if they really want to compete with Real Madrid next season.

The case of Manchester City is different because they invested a lot of money in buying quality players and they were also lucky to have a good coach who was able to make good use of the squad in the team to win the the numbers of trophies they have right now I think money played a vital role in giving Manchester City the winning strength.

Right now the chances of Barcelona getting trophies even with the arrival of a new coach Hansi Flick is very slim because they can't have a new coach and expect to have a good season where they will win trophies without adding quality players to their squad. Barcelona is into financial crisis right now they can't afford to bring in some good players unless they promote some young stars from the academy team and they will still need much time to adapt to the team so for now I don't think Barcelona will be able to march Real Madrid who has already solidified the team by adding Mbappe to the squad, I think the president of Barcelona has got a big role to play if really he wants the team to be a team that will challenge other teams for trophies next season.

Having quality players and coaches really supports the team's plans to win the title at the end of the season. I agree that financially strong teams like Real Madrid, Manchester City and PSG tend to dominate their domestic competitions, but in European competition like the Champions League that is never guaranteed.

We certainly have proof of the assumption above and the three teams I mentioned both won the domestic title. Real Madrid has a lot of money to buy star players, which makes them superior in squad depth compared to other rivals. The same thing must be acknowledged by PSG and Manchester City, so I never wonder why they can dominate.

I know you love Xavi, he's a legend, won trophies, did a lot for Barcelona. But things were becoming stale. He and Laporta werent exactly best buddies. You need a change, a shuffle sometimes. Thats what we're doing here.

Hansi Flick is not Xavi. But guess what? Pep wasnt Pep when he first came to Barca. Consider what he accomplished. Flick's got a great record, he knows how to win. He's got a chip on his shoulder, something to prove. I like that.

Let us thus give him a chance and discover what he has. Maybe he'll be the next big thing, maybe he wont. But unless we give him a go, we wont know. The way winners do it. They take risks, they make bold moves. And Barcelona is doing precisely in that way here.

Manchester City showed us with much money they can win Premier League trophies for consecutives season and won UEFA Champion League trophy last season then success become the big four premier league teams since first time acquisition. I think easily become top teams when supporting with much money and Barcelona will be small or mediocre teams one day later if their financial not stable yet and always difficult for registering new player every season behind the financial fair play issues.

Barcelona will definitely need to strengthen their squad if they want to build a title-worthy squad. This season we don't see the expected performance from this Barcelona squad. If you want to win the title, you need more consistency of performance. Real Madrid have strengthened their squad by adding Mbappe to the squad. Barcelona also need to add experienced players to the squad.

Joan Laporta must raise funds. FLick will not be able to strengthen this squad without raising funds. FLick is an experienced coach. If Barcelona can stabilize this squad, I have no doubt that Barcelona can occupy the second place in the table. However, if we want to win the title, we definitely need a stronger squad.

It is nearly hard for Barcelona to compete against Real Madrid after madrid made the gap being even bigger to the barcelona. I think Madrid's choice to add Mbappe to the squad was the best decision they made in order to own La Liga and the UCL for several seasons. Barcelona's current squad is okay but it is not to be compared with Real Madrid's squad. I believe that Barcelona management would do the needful to support and give Flick the needed time to build Barcelona's squad in a way that will bring out their best performance to either lift the Laliga trophy or qualify for the Champions League every season.

For a team, money is a very important factor for them, how money can change things in an instant. For example, a financial crisis experienced by a club will force them to do everything that ultimately hinders the development of their game, so don't be surprised when a team experiences financial problems, their game will decline. So dismissing Xavi Hernandez and not serving the financial crisis will not bring any positive results to Barcelona in order to content with Real Madrid this season.
