Barcelona looks really down because compared to Real Madrid, this is unfair for the Barcelona team with all the problems they are facing, now Barcelona is improving with all the effort and strength they have and Barcelona management's decision to bring in a new coach is proof.
Hansi Flick is an experienced coach so we cannot underestimate Hansi Flick in building Barcelona, everything takes time and a process for Barcelona to return to a fierce competition with Real Madrid and make their team equal again in the top flight.

The teams where never equal, it was only the presence of Messi that was giving Barcelona an advantage but they lost everything when they treated Messi badly and let him go. Real Madrid has always been a better club because they get everything right from the appointment of their managers to the signing of new talents to the club. Barcelona needs to double their hustle and bring in revenue to the club for them to have money to buy the players that they will be needing to put up a challenge against Real Madrid in the league and also in the champions league. Barcelona finishing 10 points behind Real Madrid last season was because they did not win games that they should be winning which could be the fault of the manager but he is now sacked therefore let us watch what the new manager is going to bring to the table in terms of player management.
When Messi was in Barcelona many other star players were in Barcelona with Messi but when Messi left Barcelona most of the players left Barcelona. Messi's contribution to Barcelona is undeniable, but in Messi's individual performance, Barcelona did not compete so hard with other teams, including Real Madrid, but as a team, Barcelona did well. Now Barcelona has also become a weaker team which results in them losing against easier opponents most of the time.

When talking about Barcelona transfers, it is always heard that Barcelona are in financial trouble. If such a big club plans properly, then at least this club should not have financial problems for a long time, but Barcelona is not able to get out of this financial problem. I don't know how long it will take for them to come out of this problem.

Hansi Flick must currently feel a bit light with the tasks given by Barcelona management, but we have to know that Barcelona management will definitely put very high pressure on Hansi Flick. just like they did to Xavi when he was still coach of Barcelona. The strategy that Hansi Flick will use is still very much a secret and maybe we will only find out during the La Liga matches next season.

I don't think it's too easy because management will definitely demand that Handy Flick provide the best results for Barcelona.
With financial conditions that are not yet very stable and using the strengths of existing players, it will make it difficult for him to compete with rivals. Moreover, currently Real Madrid has extraordinary strength with the arrival of Mbappe into the squad next season. Handy Flick's task of bringing Barcelona to the pinnacle of glory is not easy because now there are many other teams who are building strength for next season. Regarding strategy, I don't think it will ever be much different from Xavi Hernandes or Pep Guardiola.
Being the coach of a big team like Barcelona, he will definitely be under pressure because management demands every coach to be able to provide the best results for Barcelona. Xavi has felt this and even led to his dismissal, although overall I think Barcelona's performance with Xavi can still be said to be fine, it's just that he couldn't win the title.
Hansi Flick will be the next coach to accept that pressure and it is something he has to take the risk after accepting an offer from Barcelona. What is difficult is when coaches are required to give their best while it is difficult for them to get what they want. We don't know yet whether Barcelona will grant Flick's request or not, but what is clear is that with their current finances, it is very likely that he will not receive everything he needs.

But in reality it will still be difficult, because as good and as great as the current Barcelona coach, Hansi Flick certainly wants to recruit several of the players he is targeting. However, if Barcelona cannot afford to buy expensive players, then Hansi Flick will ultimately be required to maximize the players in the current Barcelona squad.
Yes, it definitely won't be easy for Flick to make Barcelona that strong again. Because, no matter how great a coach is, how will the club perform without good players? Yes, Barcelona still has other players who are actually quite talented. However, if they want to compete even more closely with Real Madrid and other strong teams in the UCL, Barcelona must try extra hard to make this happen. Because usually, Barcelona is known as the giant Real Madrid and continues to want to compete with that club. Their rivalry is really high. Yes, however, Flick needs a more precise strategy to make Barcelona at least as good as it is with the current squad. And how he can immediately optimize ways to make Barcelona even stronger.

No matter how Flick tries next season it will be difficult for him to make Barcelona strong and win a trophy next season, Barcelona doesn’t have a good squad that can win a trophy for the team, who can tell me which of Barcelona's players is very strong and talented that can make the team win a trophy next summer? Barcelona always complains about financial issues they keep using their young players, although those kids are trying their best but they don’t have a good knowledge of how to win trophies, Barcelona lacks many positions in the team, a position Barcelona needs defenders, midfielders, and a good striker player, they trust Lewandowski too much and that is why sometimes they find it difficult to score, they should allow victor roque to play also and show what he’s capable of doing, Xavi didn’t allow him to play but maybe flick will give him more time to play.

Barcelona can never compete with Real Madrid if they don’t sign new players and even if they sign new players and they don’t sign world class players they still can’t compete with Real Madrid, Real Madrid can bring out two squads from their players next season and they can still play well and win a trophy for the team, Real Madrid players are very talented and smart and when it comes to pressure and attacking Real Madrid players are very good in that so from my point of view Real Madrid is still winning Liga next season.

It would be interesting to know what specific tasks are assigned to Flick, but this is classified information (at least for now). Barcelona cannot publicly admit that they have no goal of winning La Liga (due to their status) so now we can only guess what they want from him. If we draw an analogy with Xavi, last season they expected any two trophies from him (even the smallest one like the Spanish Cup). It seems to me that the target level for him is set as “no lower than second place in La Liga and no less than the quarterfinals in the Champions League + some title.”
Hansi Flick officially started working at Barcelona as their new coach yesterday. Indeed, he has a lot of work to do considering Barcelona's critical condition and with limited time and finances, which requires Flick to be clever in selecting target players who best suit Barcelona's financial condition but are still talented. This is definitely quite difficult for them, but they will keep trying.

Oh yes, Barcelona has tried to target and hold talks regarding their interest in Jeremie Frimpong, he is one of the players that Flick wants. It has even made a lower offer of around €50 million (£42m/$54m). Of course it won't be that easy, maybe there will be a deal or a swap deal.

Apart from that, some of the focus of their initial discussions was also related to the physical preparation of the players ahead of the upcoming season. And there, Flick immediately coordinated and worked with several experts to increase the players' fitness and strength.

In fact, Barcelona has high hopes for Flick. It's just that it hasn't been mentioned in detail because this is indeed a mixed-up first encounter. However, Flick's current focus is also on preparations ahead of the pre-season matches so that the entire squad can really be ready and adapt quickly and well to Flick.

Source: Barcelona make offer for Bayer Leverkusen star Jeremie Frimpong
Source: Hansi Flick officially begins work as Barca coach
Jeremie Frimpong has been through an his best moment during his career as a player this season because he can bringing Leverkusen to make unbeated records and broke the domination of Bayern Munich in Bundesliga and Frimpong also has successfully to gets double winner with Leverkusen so he always be remember about this achievement and about the rumour indeed some of European clubs has been interested want to buy him and one of them is Barcelona and why Barcelona is really want him because Hansi Flick want to strengthen Barcelona defensive lines so he feel Frimpong is the right player to played at Barcelona defensive lines besides that as a defender player Frimpong also good at assisting attacks and it proven from his statistics records during this season he has 9 goals and 7 assists in Bundesliga

However Barcelona dare to pay 50 million for this transfer but seems Leverkusen is more likely want to exchange Frimpong to Barcelona player Ansu Fati and if Barcelona agree then possibly this transfer will be happened actually Frimpong himself has been says he is willing to moved from Leverkusen if there is any good offers came to him but currently he is still focus with Netherlands for Euro 2024 and after this tournament ended Frimpong will decided his future whether he will leave Leverkusen or Frimpong will be stayed at this team and it's not easy to gets him because Barcelona have to compete with Chelsea, Arsenal, Manchester United and AC Milan to gets his signs

The fact is Barcelona fans should be patient and hope things workouts well quickly in order to actually be a competitor again to Real Madrid who is still getting more stars to even strengthen a really good squad already.
Barcelona are already in for competitive race next season, this time the club have mapped the necessary strategies for games, be it elite or mediocre, they will face them all. Barcelona need to apprehend tough decisions and happenings in Camp Nou next season. It's clearly noticeable that the club is having challenges but it doesn't mean there's more to accomplish, rather we should beckon on the president who's also not relenting but exploring all possible alternatives to be triggered.

Barcelona is one club that's been strongly competing against Spanish champions Real Madrid for a very long time now infact no other league fixture has recorded more viewers across the globe than the El Classico. In recent years,  Barcelona have been underperforming because they've not been able to sign big and world class players while Real Madrid have been very active in the transfer market.
Last week, Real Madrid announced that they've completed the signing of Kylian Mbappe who is regarded as one of the best strikers in world football at the moment while Barcelona are still speculating on many players. With the quality of players at Real Madrid and the depth of the squad, I don't think there's anyway Barcelona will challenge them for any trophy come next season

The Elclasico match is indeed a match that is eagerly awaited and yes, it is indeed an exciting match and it is not surprising that there are always so many spectators. Yes, Real Madrid always brings in good players and for the coming season Real Madrid has prepared Mbappe as a star player and of course he has good performance and of course when compared with Barcelona at the moment it seems it will be difficult for Barcelona to be able to beat Real Madrid and Also from a financial perspective, Barcelona is currently not doing well so it looks like the coming season will definitely just be resigned to whatever happens.

and in the season that has passed, Xavi has always had a good strategy which has made Barcelona perform well even though Barcelona is not doing well financially, but so far Xavi has trained Barcelona players well.

However, Hansi Flick, who is Barcelona's new coach, of course we don't know what he will do to keep Barcelona good and compete with Real Madrid. and now everyone is definitely relying on Hansi Flick and surely Hansi Flick will try his best to make Barcelona look good in the coming season.

I believe that the new coach of Barcelona will do well and improve Barcelona's performance next season. They will be very competitive next season against Barcelona and Real Madrid because I am confident that Barcelona will not make any mistakes next season and will do everything possible to win the title. Let's see how Barcelona does in the La Liga competition. I believe Girona is on their mind because a little club like Girona has defeated Barcelona both at home and away. Real Madrid were in good shape last season, and they will continue to be in good shape next season because the new addition that Madrid made will make them stronger next season, and it will be very difficult to overcome Real Madrid because they are set.

Seriously, Barcelona is preparing for next season. They don’t want to play the same as last season; they want to compete with any team, including Real Madrid, the strongest team in La Liga currently. For Barcelona to get a new coach, you know that they are aggressively preparing for the new season, although to my own thinking, it is not only the coach that is the main problem. In my opinion, Barcelona needs some young players to strengthen that squad and not mainly the coach.

However, I don’t know what makes you think Real Madrid will do the same in La Liga next season again because we don’t know how their performance will be till the season gets started, so the best thing is to keep on watching, but as for Barcelona, they want to come back aggressively, which is why they are preparing themselves from now.
That's a good sign and all La Liga fans really hope that happens. Barcelona must be able to compete again and become a team to be feared again. Hansi Flick is a coach who has a very good reputation and he certainly has a great desire to bring the Blaugrana back into competition. However, challenges and obstacles are always waiting ahead, Real Madrid is claimed to be a very strong team and difficult to stop, especially since they have added new strength with the presence of Mbappe. But I'm sure El Barca will not be afraid of this situation, it's just that Flick really needs support from all parties and he is given freedom in making transfers so that it is easy for him to organize plans.

Frenkie de Jong is actually such a talent however his injury-prone nature is a big obstacle for him indeed.  Sad  As far as I can see he got injured 4 times and missed 28 games during the 2023/2024 season. This is a serious problem. Since the 2017/2018 season he has been regularly having injuries except one season.

I don't know whether this will be a reason for Barcelona to be open for offers for him this summer. But while trying to create funds they should be careful with not having a weaker squad next season. Otherwise their competitiveness will get even worse.

I'm afraid he won't be able to return back to the Dutch squad for the upcoming Euro's Competition kickin' off in the next few days. He has just been ruled out of that Competition with a recent Injury case yet again. But nevertheless, he has been a great player for both club and country whenever he is fit and in a good state, he is not so agressive but he brings so much balance to how his team displays and plays as he is one of the best linking the defense and the rest of the midfielder's.

Injuries are not good one, I wonder how the medical team and squad are helping to tackle this issues for him. Well, Barcelona fans would be happy because, he would be possible ready and fit when the Spanish League Competition begins in the next two months.

Girona I thought would engage in bringing in depths for the squad, but it's obvious they're trying to make profits. Doubtful if they'll be able to attain such great heights they achieved last season next season. They have a good coach, but can he do it without a sound squad?

Barcelona is no longer able to be a rival to Real Madrid, no matter Barcelona's efforts to bring in the new coach. Because of  course, if Barcelona still has financial problems then of course Barcelona will still be difficult to have better performance and results than Real Madrid. So anyway, even though Barcelona managed to recruit Hansi Flick as their new manager but still, there is no guarantee that Barcelona will have good results. Maybe,Barcelona hopes that Hansi Flick will succeed in making Barcelona have a chance to get a trophy next  season but for me, Barcelona will still find it difficult to get a trophy even though they may only be targeting getting the Copa Del Rey trophy.
Even though it is a bit difficult to accept the assumptions you convey, the facts of what is happening in Barcelona currently are like that. The reason is that currently Barcelona has definitely lost to Real Madrid in every way. Whether looking at it from a financial perspective, the depth of the squad they have, or the quality of the coach. So actually, if you look at the situation Barcelona is currently facing, it is a bit inaccurate if Barcelona is called Real Madrid's rival. Because basically a rival always has conditions that are not much different. However, what happened between Barcelona and Real Madrid was like earth and sky. So it is natural that Barcelona is said to be unable to become Real Madrid's rival next season. Because of course Barcelona will not be able to match the Real Madrid squad which is truly fantastic as it is now.

The reason is that in the season that has just ended, Barcelona was really unable to compete with Real Madrid, because in several meetings with Real Madrid, Barcelona always lost. So next season, it is very likely that Barcelona will be beaten again by Real Madrid. Even though Barcelona currently has a new coach, Hansi Flick, this will certainly not make Barcelona develop too far. Because in essence Barcelona lacks the money to buy players who are the standardization that Hansi Flick wants. And speaking of trophies, this season Barcelona failed to win a single trophy. So next season, with competition definitely getting tougher, Barcelona's chances of getting a trophy will definitely be very small too.

At first I wanted to continue to think positively about Barcelona, but if you look at the facts, Barcelona will really have difficulties next season.

There is still a lot of time for Barcelona so Hansi Flick's task is not too difficult. Moreover, the season has just ended and every player needs adequate rest before training again. If the time is almost close to the start of the new season, the coach will be given a tough task because Barcelona is a big club. needs good improvement so for now he is still being given a sigh of relief before starting with a suffocating breath because next season's competition will be even tougher he will face Real Madrid with an increasingly strong composition of players while Barcelona will only survive with the players they don't know whether they can recruit players or not.

For now, of course, the strategy that Hansi Flick will use is kept a secret. Every coach also keeps his strategy a secret so that it is not easily read by other clubs and Hansi Flick has definitely thought about it. I think he has a different strategy to Xavi. Everyone expects better from Xavi, let's see if this coach can improve Barcelona's condition in terms of performance and also improve Barcelona's finances. In terms of statistics, he is not a bad coach.

La is not for some random mediocre team. Xavi Hernandez was relived from his duties because the board simply want what's best and they've seen a competent coach which they probably solve the problem. Barcelona newly appointed coach, Hansi Flick is currently in charge we should expect the very best from him and Barcelona next season.
Since Handy Flick will be in charge at Barcelona from next season then it must be hoped for the best for the team. Although we have seen Xabi in charge this season but he wanted to give his best for Barcelona but did not succeed in La Liga and also in the Champions League. But we can expect to see Barcelona at a better level from next season as the team is not in such a good situation at present. If the new coach comes in and can follow up on the good performances of the players and bring young players into the team then surely the team is likely to be full again. So I can expect that next season the Barcelona team will definitely be more competitive to compete with Real Madrid.

It is a shame that Frenkie De Jong's condition this season is not very good. Even now, De Jong has still not recovered from his injury since he suffered an ankle injury in the El Clasico match last April. Even at that time De Jong was also withdrawn in the first half due to this injury. And since then De Jong has not been able to play again because he has not recovered from the injury he suffered. And the other bad news is that De Jong will also not be able to play for the Dutch national team at Euro 2024.

It seems like De Jong is always unlucky with his condition, which is always easy to get injured. And now the club will also be ready to let De Jong go if there is a good offer from another club. It turns out that Hansi Flick really wants De Jong to stay, but he seems to understand the club's financial condition so he is willing to let De Jong leave this season. but it seems like he is demanding to immediately get a replacement that is just as good.

You seem to forget thst xavi Hernandez isn't a small coach and has got a good reputation even back then at Barcelona, he has been able to manage the team well enough even through their challenges, the best they have gotten since they had been through some challenges especially with finance, Barcelona have been able to scale through fairly even if they have not won a trophy in quite a long time, they have been able to still maintain a form in the la Liga, the good thing about xavi is in the fact that he was able to still get to use available players without having to really get the team spend on getting new players.

If Barcelona gets to do better u see flick, it still doesn't mean xavi wasn't good enough, I would even prefer not to judge flick by the results he will be getting in thw first season, buy been able to maintain rhat good results long enough I to two seasons will get me believing he was just a perfect replacement because Xavi was able to keep thw team in a relatively fair form and performance through two seasons even with thw challenges he had to face, so replicating everything in a better way will be the reason Flick can be considered as been better.

Flick doesn’t have to think about how to improve the team’s financial position, there is a finance director for that. Flick signed a contract and he will definitely receive payment for his work, but he must take care of the team's results, because if he cannot achieve victories, then he will be fired. It also matters what La Porta expects from him, he probably wants to win La Liga and the Champions League, but can Barcelona do it now?

Lewandowski was injured in a friendly match, and will miss the first match of the EURO, the injury was not serious, although I think Flick tensed up when it became known that Lewandowski was injured. Strengthening the attack is one of the main issues for Flick.

I don't know if Hansi Flick will lead Barcelona towards their goals, but he will have to admit it is a difficult task. Real Madrid, the strongest of its rivals, added Mbappe to its squad and is now very strong. Barcelona must show its best performance against Real Madrid and other teams. The road to the championship will be a very difficult road. I think the minimum target should be to finish the league in second place.
Barcelona may have difficulty getting the Laliga trophy next season with financial limitations and Hansi Flick is only in his first season, of course the players will adapt to the new coach because of course Hansi Flick's strategy is very different from Xavi. Apart from that, Real Madrid is also in good form, especially with the arrival of Mbappe, of course Real Madrid's targets will be much bigger, not only the Laliga and UCL league trophies but also the Copa Del Rey trophy. So far, Real Madrid has never won the Treble Winner. Maybe this will be Real Madrid's motivation next season. Yes. Barcelona's target to be in second place in Laliga may make sense considering the conditions Barcelona is currently experiencing.

This season's Barcelona players are physically very weak, and are easily knocked down by opponents if there is physical contact with another team's player. So I think with the arrival of Hansi Flick he will make changes. From a physical perspective, there must be a total change. In terms of ball control, attack and defense will be different from before. Hansi Flick is a great coach, but he came at the wrong time because of the financial crisis so he had no choice in buying players. Maybe it will take two seasons for Hansi Flick to make Barcelona stronger and able to compete with Real Madrid.

To think of the task assigned and what the management expects from him, I’d say they would expect nothing less than what Xavi achieved last season. For Xavi to be fired despite ending at second place means they expect more from Flick and more being trophies, they want to win trophies no matter how small it may be and also i am sure they want to elevate themselves back to how they used to be in the past, they want to be a Champions League contender and also challenge for the La Liga trophy.

Hansi Flick needs to think of how to manage the team because a lot of players like to pick up injuries on a regular basis player like Pedri, what will he do in situations when Pedri is out injured. The team is not financially stable yet and they are very demanding, it could be very difficult to challenge clubs that keep signing top players. In my opinion i think the team should not be so concerned about trophies and competition too much they should rather worry about the financial stability of the club. When tgey have gained financial stability they can sign top quality players that will win them trophies.
