Just like what the Barcelona coach had previously worried about, where Xavi felt if Barcelona had not changed and their financial condition had not improved, then Barcelona won't have an easy time fighting Real Madrid. The financial difference between Real Madrid and Barcelona is huge. Barcelona does not have the flexibility that Real Madrid has because if they want to get new world-class players, Barcelona must first sell several of its players to balance their income and expenses. Even as far as I know, Hansi Flick's salary is half lower than Xavi's previous salary.
Maybe not together, but Flick agreed to a lower salary due to the team’s financial difficulties. I don't agree that Barcelona have a lack of strong players, they have a very good squad, but I would definitely like to see someone to help Lewandowski in attack.

By the way, Xavi said that he would like to sell Lewandowski, perhaps Laporta did not agree with this. If I were Flick, I would definitely try to get another good striker for the team and try to strengthen the attack. Laporta said about the dismissal of Xavi that his vision had changed, he began to discuss significant changes in the team and he did not like it. You can’t just go and change everything that has been developed over the years.

La Liga is fierce, everyone acknowledged that but Real Madrid and Barcelona have made to become easy because they're always in good shape to win matches and earn accumulated points. Barcelona should prepare themselves for the new season because its coming with pressuring momentum and this time, it's definitely going to be channel and focused towards elite teams. Barcelona should copy the style of Real Madrid because they're the winning team in Spain. They've broken important records in football, winning the UEFA Champions League title for the 15th time and this have been one of the best accomplishments for Los Blancos.
I agree that they should imitate Real Madrid's style in managing finances, because they are one of the teams that can manage the club's finances well, unlike Barcelona which is a bit chaotic in managing finances, which puts them in a situation where they have to experience financial problems which in turn ultimately making them decline overall.
It cannot be denied that finance is an important factor in football, it cannot be separated from football because it really supports everything the team does. We can now see that several successful teams in various parts of the world are those who are successful in managing their team's finances. So once again, this is something important that a team must pay attention to, especially the management who is responsible for all of this.

It would be good for Barcelona's team if the management of Barcelona is secretly preparing to bring in their players. If Barcelona wants to inspire fans, they must bring in good players and spend money on them. Although they are second in La Liga this season, they need to prepare well for next season to compete with Real Madrid. Already we have seen that Real Madrid have signed good stars, and we have seen Mbappé play for Real Madrid, the team is definitely stronger now. So if Barcelona are to compete with Real Madrid next season, they must have strong players in their squad and improve their team. However, if Barcelona can sign good players and build a strong squad, they will do well to compete with Real Madrid for the title next season. However, Real Madrid are more favorites to win the La Liga title next season, so Barcelona will have to build their team more tightly.

Barcelona will fly in heights to accomplish their ultimate target and its simply winning the UEFA Champions League and also other important titles on ground. They've sacked Xavi Hernandez and will now appoints Hansi Flick as headcoach, giving path to improvement and enhancement of Barcelona, quite impressive. Barcelona president, Joan Laporta will work extremely hard enough to ensure things run smoothly and this will become one of the good changes in the club. Barcelona are elite team but when it comes to elite tournaments, they're always seen behind and they're never hitting the top goals.
Yes it is quite positive with new enthusiasm. Barcelona must immediately make reforms in order to achieve success again both in La Liga and in Europe. Hansi Flick is a coach with a great reputation and looks like he will be able to restore Barcelona's performance. I also really want the Blaugrana to be able to compete with Real Madrid again and not let them dominate La Liga. I really look forward to Barcelona's revival and making La Liga even more competitive.
It is true that Flick's arrival will bring a new aura to Barcelona's head coach next season, but if you look at Flick's statistics in the German national team, the results are less than satisfactory and the German management must be fired, but by terminating his contract with Xavi that is a good thing for Barcelona.

Real Madrid managed to get Mbappe and of course it will get stronger Now Barcelona is not the right competitor for Real Madrid because Madrid continues to progress and in my opinion Barcelona is slumping due to lack of finances.
Flick is indeed a great coach with brilliant achievements with Bayer Munich. But it seems that beautiful things may not necessarily happen when he manages Barcelona because Barcelona is financially strapped so it is difficult for Flick to build the squad he wants. Real Madrid will be even stronger next season and I am sure that Real Madrid will win the La Liga title again next season without serious obstacles from other clubs, especially Barcelona.

All teams of course really want to strengthen their squad to be able to compete and be better than their rival teams so far, including Barcelona, but the obstacle now is how to bring in good players if they don't have enough money, now we know that every good player of course has a very expensive price and with the financial problems that exist maybe they have to sell some of the star players that exist today To find other players, I don't think a change of coach will have an absolute effect on Barcelona next season because indeed they do not get strong financial support to build the squad, Xavi who was sacked this season managed to make Barcelona finish in the second tier at the end of the season and I think finishing in the second rank is of course an extraordinary achievement considering the squad they have now.

Not to underestimate Barcelona, but since Barcelona finances have deteriorated, of course it is difficult for them to compete with Madrid, even though Madrid does not have Mbappe in their squad but Madrid can still dominate over Barcelona in the last two seasons, then just imagine how Mbappe will be able to make Madrid the most complete and dangerous squad next season,of course it will be difficult for Barcelona to compete with Madrid in the fight for the La Liga title and the domestic title other.

Without doubt, Barcelona is truly going through difficult times and their performance is not convincing as it used to be in the past but saying they are always seen behind when it comes to elite tournaments is very underrating and it's unfair. When we compare the current Barcelona squad and that of other classic and outstanding teams, we will definitely appreciate them. People expect this Barcelona to perform magic and win every trophy win able without realizing that this is not the Barcelona of Messi, Neymar and some great players era.

The club is now being shoulder by academic players and some old players who already played their best and deserve to rest now. I personally don't expect magical performance from them despite the change of couch unless they bring in players capable of making the changes to happen. Madrid who is their closest rival is getting stronger season after season and they will continue to dominate the league ahead of Barcelona if they choose to bank on the young boys to compete with the experience players that Madrid is accumulating.

I think, Barcelona management are secretly working to announce some new players that will be joining the team this next season, and the new manager which I know it will be among some things Barcelona management will announce very soon to encourage their fans against next season. Well, Barcelona did well in this season despite they ended up the season in second position but they need to organize very well in this season, because Real Madrid are signing in some new players that will make them display wonders in the next season. It will only cause Barcelona some funds to make all those players available in their team, because Robert Lewandowskii and some other players need to be replace for Barcelona to win this la Liga league title next season.

Barcelona have changed their coach. However, with the current state of Barcelona's squad, it is unlikely that a change of coach will improve Barcelona's performance. Barcelona's main weakness is in their squad. Barcelona are lagging behind because they don't have enough experienced players in the squad. Barcelona's squad is far behind Madrid's.

Flick is quite an experienced coach. With the help of Flick, maybe Barcelona's match strategy will change. But I don't think Barcelona will dominate La Liga. Barcelona will definitely need to strengthen their squad if they want to dominate La Liga next season. Barcelona cannot dominate La Liga unless the squad is strong.
Barcelona are still in financial trouble. So the team cannot buy players at high prices. So we don't expect to see much improvement from Barcelona next season.

Not only Barcelona, I don’t think any team in La Liga will actually be able to compete against Real Madrid. The current Real Madrid team looks really scary. And just so people know, Real Madrid is not a bad team which is suddenly going to start performing really well because Mbappé has arrived. They were able to get Mbappé in the team only two days after they had won the Champions League competition. So they are already the best team in the world. And now they have also got arguably the best player in the world in their squad. So I do not see which team in the La Liga will actually be able to stop them. and don’t even compare them to Barcelona. Barcelona is literally trash right now with their decision-making. And that is going to Barcelona a lot in the next season.
I agree with you statement that according to current Barcelona team conditions Thier is no comparison between them and just like we know they hired a new man a Bayer Munich former coach who can really boost Thier play with new tactics and plan as we haven't seen Barca play after his arrival so things can  surprised us and if we have a look at his squad still they have plenty of number of young player who can proved everyone wrong and surprised us at any crucial match so I think real Madrid should not took them lightly even having mbappe and some of his star player as because they are the won who give tough time to them in league and copa Delray and continue his rivality from long time so until we get some handsome results in league we can't underestimate Barcelona

Both Barcelona and Madrid have the capacity to become La Liga champions, these two teams have new weapons to complete the competition next season, but Madrid will definitely still have the candidate to rule the La Liga, they have succeeded in bringing Mbappe into the team and the Madrid president too, not hesitate to give big targets to his squad, La Liga will always be an exciting league.

I have always thought that it doesn't make too much sense to keep working with Xavi when their relationship already blew up once before. It's problematic as that's not a good basis to work on, especially when the team gets into trouble during a season. Now they checked the market for a new coach and got lucky and knew that either they act now or they are stuck big time during the season. Xavi might freak out against and it's only gameday 7 or something. Then they would definitely regret to not have drawn any consequences when the chance was there.

It is difficult to develop a good game when the club is experiencing financial problems and perhaps Xavi feels unable to do the job due to the lack of player support he needs. Meanwhile their competitors are in top form and it will be difficult for Xavi to provide something good for Barcelona.
He once said he wanted to leave Barcelona before the season ended and now everything has happened.

Recruiting a new coach may not necessarily produce good results because their competitors are now so strong.
Moreover, with the arrival of other talented players this season, Barcelona will find it very difficult to keep up or break the dominance of its competitors.

From time to time, Real Madrid always has really strong performance, they can create conditions where they can be very confident in every achievement, this is true winning mentality and indeed the Real Madrid squad is always filled with great players.
There are quite lot of star players who have become legends for Real Madrid, this is one of the reasons why Real Madrid can dominate and remain in the lead in winning the most titles for the two important competitions UCL and La Liga.
Now Real Madrid has got quite lot of great young players and has enormous potential to bring success that no other team can surpass in the future, some of the core players are the new generation who will help Real Madrid maintain its position at top of European football.
I believe this season is very good start for Real Madrid and in the future they will definitely be able to dominate every competition even more, after all, some competitions are also very difficult for other teams to win as long as Real Madrid is there.

Yes, Real Madrid's performance is always improving in terms of performance like last season (2022-2023) when they failed to become champions because Barcelona were champions at that time. However, in the 2023-2024 season, Real Madrid really shows strong strength and their performance is getting better. Yes, I am also amazed by Real Madrid, which always has a squad that has always had star players in the past, such as Cristiano Ronaldo, and at that time in the UCL, Real Madrid was always the champion, as well as in Laliga, but yes, so far, Real Madrid continues to progress.

Yes, it is true that now Real Madrid has several young players like Vini and others who will certainly make Real Madrid's potential better for the future and the addition of Mbappe who is contracted to play 5 years at Real Madrid will certainly make Real Madrid have a bright future. and Real Madrid is also very lucky to have Ancelotti because he has proven that so far he has brought Real Madrid to become Laliga champions and Champions League champions. Of course now many people predict that Real Madrid will continue to have the potential to become UCL and Laliga champions.

Yes, in the coming season, Real Madrid should always win in competitions and if for example they don't win, there will be a lot of potential for Real Madrid fans to be disappointed.

A new chapter in Barcelona journey will soon begin after appointing Hansi Flick as the new coach to replace Xavi Hernandez. I don't know whether Barcelona has made a big mistake after sacking Xavi or whether it is actually profitable, But if you look at his recent performance, it can't be said that Xavi has failed in managing Barcelona.
Barcelona fired Xavi after making statements about Barcelona's finances during an interview, perhaps this is what made the club decide to fire Xavi. Even though Xavi previously asked to resign, the club wanted him to stay, but after Xavi stayed, he was fired. Apart from that, I think Xavi's dismissal was very beneficial for Barcelona, because Xavi couldn't control his emotions. Just look at Xavi, who often gets red cards when the team is confused and under pressure. As a coach, he must restrain his emotions and help the team get out of problems and find solutions. It was not emotion that was expressed and it actually made the team worse off because the coach was given a red card. Like the second leg of the UCL league when they lost to PSG. Barcelona at that time was short of players because Aroujo received a red card, but Xavi actually added to the problem because he also received a red card. Xavi's leadership abilities are actually good, but he can't control his emotions and doesn't always learn from his mistakes.

Quote
Hansi Flick has asked Laporta to bring in several reliable players, but due to Barcelona declining finances, Laporta has to sell several players to get money to bring in new players. He has good qualities as a coach, he also has big missions and ambitions with Barcelona. We never know what Barcelona will be like under his control, let's hope things go as expected.
It is true that Barcelona's finances are in the worst condition, but in my opinion, under the guidance of Hansi Flick, Barcelona can overcome this by utilizing La Masia academy players. Under Hansi Flick, I think Barcelona's defense will get better, because he will apply attacks from behind, supported by fast wingers, fast fullbacks and accurate midfield passing. So I imagine next season's El Clasico will be much more interesting and intense.

Since Flick joined Barcelona he said he needed to have better players and said many times that he doesn't want to let some players of Barcelona go while there are some rumors about these players.
Ronald Araújo the player in Barcelona who made a mistake in the Champions League and this made the fans angry to ask the team to put this player for sale. Still, Flick said he wants to have Ronald Araújo in Barcelona in the next season and he doesn't want to let him leave while Ronald Araújo is not alone because other than him, Flick said he wants to keep Pedri in the team while we were about to leave.

Wow, this was a pretty quick dismissal. Previously, Barcelona was still trying to keep Xavi from remaining Barcelona coach until finally a few minutes later Barcelona management fired Xavi. Hopefully this is a very good step for Barcelona to win in the several leagues they participate in. As we can see, the Barcelona president doubts Xavi so he doesn't want to stay in the bottom position for too long and Barcelona also has to get up with a new coach. Xavi has calmed down and is not too worried about the strategy that Barcelona should use against Real Madrid, which has many great players this season.

Flick has officially become Barcelona coach, replacing Xavi. This may be a reasonable decision, but impressive? Ehhm, I'm not so sure. And having a new coach doesn't mean that Barcelona can easily fly high and win the La Liga title, other leagues, especially the UCL. This is football, not only based on the coach, but the player's composition is also very decisive. Other big clubs, not only in La Liga, but in other leagues are also competing to get the best players for their clubs, in order to improve and improve the quality of their clubs, whether with new or old coaches. what is certain, they are building strength for next season. Moreover, Real Madrid, with its current squad composition, is considered even more frightening with Mbappe as their main striker who has just been officially signed.

So, Barcelona needs much higher efforts, and needs even more money to be able to bring in talented players who are able to strengthen the squad to compete in the UCL which incidentally will be very competitive next season. This is not an understatement, but looking at the club's current statistical record, Flick's challenge is to have fairly tight funding limitations to choose the players he has to bring in or keep at Barcelona.

Learning never stops!

Even if Barcelona doesn't fire Xavi, the difficulty of winning trophies will still be the same, but perhaps Barcelona won't be too far behind if Xavi is retained, it will take a lot of luck to beat Madrid next season. I think it's not only Barcelona who will feel this, the Champions League contestants next season will also feel it. Even so, Hansi Flick still has to be optimistic about making his debut in La Liga, who knows, he might be lucky.

On the other hand, Felix and Cancelo plan to be retained for next season, Barcelona management wants to increase the duration of their loan for one more season. With unstable financial conditions, there are no surprise transfers that Barcelona can make. Apart from that, if the situation becomes more complicated, the Blaugrana will be forced to release their star players.
We can't start giving judgement about the new coach who's yet to start, Just five match would determine if he's better or not although  I don't  dispute the fact that if Xavi had been retained then he might show some great potential in the next season.... nevertheless, a new coach is here for barca let's see what he will bring..
All teams are prepared for the next UCL just preparations are different and one might have upper hand but whatever the case it will still be early to come into conclusions

I'm still surprised that Barcelona president decided to sack Xavi Hernandez in order to sign Hansi Flick as his replacement while expecting the club to perform better under their recently appointed manager. There's no doubt to the fact that Hansi Flick is a great manager that's achieved great football records as a manager but when you look at the current Barcelona squad, you'll understand that majority of the players there are young players who aren't well experienced in football and for them to live to their full potentials, they definitely need a manager that understands them which o think Xavi Hernandez is the perfect man.
Barcelona is currently not financially strong and can't sign quality players so I think their current manager Hansi Flick will struggle to excel with the current squad. Real Madrid isn't just the strongest Spanish team at the moment but all the best in Europe and recently signed Kylian Mbappe to the club so I don't think there's any hope for Barcelona to win any trophy next season ahead of Real Madrid
